"If I run to [name], she will surely catch me!" Ume called out and took off running, whereas her older brother tried to stop her. Knowing well what the outcome was as it was a busy day at the florist. How he had opted out to help out in making some of the deliveries as well, hoping it would help to ease the workload.

"[name]!" and [name] panicked as she was holding onto a bouquet of flowers. She quickly dodged, stepping aside as the bouquet of flowers was the most expensive one and was meant for an important client who was part of the politics.

Where Ume ended up in the arms of Kanae instead, where the older Kocho woman laughed slightly as Ume had a slight pout on her face. How years have passed, but it seems not much has changed as well. From graduating high school to attending university. To working their first job and finally to where they were now.

"[name], how could you betray my trust!"

"I'm sorry, but I grew these myself painstakingly. I don't want the effort to go to waste too," she pointed out with an apologetic look on her face, but Ume was still fuming. Which, [name] was used to it and Kanae wasn't surprised about it.

"What about me?!"

"I didn't grow you..." [name] whispered out, looking at Kanae as if asking her for some help. To which Kanae, noticed it and decided to distract Ume by showing her the flowers that were just brought in while [name] was busy with setting up the deliveries.

"Thank you, Gyutaro-kun!" she called out, waving as Gyutaro was setting out to deliver the deliveries on his off day. Whereas [name] was just about to pick up a large vase filled with flowers and water as well.

"I'M TAKING THAT FROM YOU!" and [name]'s eyes widened as the vase was easily snatched out of her hold, where she turned to look. A pout was present on her face as she stared at her husband who was shifting about.

"I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING!"

"BUT YOU CAN GET HURT!" Michikatsu added on and Haizaki was at the side, chuckling as his younger sister was persistent as always to win an argument. His eyes laid upon his wife, who was busy handling and distracting Gyutaro's younger sister.

"I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FAR LONGER THAN YOU, MICHIKATSU!" and Kanae covered Ume's ears, to which Haizaki covered Kanae's ears. Their heads turned to look towards the side, to avoid looking at the scene before them as Michikatsu got hit harshly by a roll of newly-purchased wrapping paper.

"I WAS JUST LOOKING OUT FOR YOU, LIKE HOW I ALWAYS HAVE BEEN!" he snapped and jabbed a finger against her forehead harshly, whereas his wife continued to stand his ground.

"Oh, come on now! Hurry up and close the shop, before we end up missing the best spot in town for the fireworks!" a familiar voice called out and [name] looked, smiling as Sabito and the others had arrived to usher them too quickly close the store for the day.

"Gyutaro said he will meet us at the place directly once he is done with the deliveries," Hakuji explained, keeping Doma away from his wife, Koyuki. For Doma had the tendency to joke a little too much and not read the mood of the room.

Which has always resulted in him being stuffed in closest during school, and into garbage bins along the streets.

"Come on, let's go already!" Mitsuri cheered out, getting excited that she could spend time with her long-time friends once again. After all, it was hard to arrange for a meet-up since they were all working adults.

Schedule hardly ever matches one another.

The journey started, but [name] remained behind with her husband. Hands intertwined with one another as he draped his jacket over her shoulders. Their heads tilted up as they looked at the night sky, full of stars and the moon as well.

"It's going to be a great night," they whispered out, looking at one another. Laughing as they often spoke the same words at the same time, as if some sort of telepathic connection they had.

"No! I want her!" and everybody couldn't help but watch, laughing as they looked at the scene before them. The way Ume was hugging [name] while they sat on the picnic mat that was brought along. The way Ume had wrapped her legs around [name]'s waist and her arms around [name]'s shoulders, sticking her tongue out to Michikatsu who had an irk mark visible on his forehead.

"Get off her already. Go and annoy your brother or something," Michikatsu spoke out, clearly irritated but Yoriichi could only chuckle as he tried to calm his older twin brother down. Till Haizaki nudges Gyutaro, where the man lets out a sigh.

"Ume, the show is about to start," and Ume quickly ran over to where Gyutaro was, hugging him tightly as the close siblings they were. And as if on cue, did the fireworks start. They scooted closer to one another, where [name] leaned against his shoulder. He chuckled, wrapping an arm around her, pulling her closer.

Planting a kiss on the top of her head, did he let out a sigh. A contented sigh, for he remembered the day he proposed to her with fireworks as well. Fireworks that she couldn't see back then, but now she could whenever there was.

"I'll always be with you for eternity, [name]," he whispered out and watched as she turned to him. A smile on her face as he planted a kiss on her lips, where she couldn't help but melt against it.

"That's a promise you will always keep, I know of it,"

For love begins in a moment
where it grows over time
and lasts an eternity.

For their love for one another was eternal,
where no matter how far apart they are,
they would start a journey that leads to one another.

All they needed was love,
all they needed was one another.
