Sapnap stared at his wall, the red colored nether bricks staring back at him as the blue lantern illuminated his room.

Although he was now living in the nether to cope, oddly enough, it felt... cold. really, really cold.

It felt like ice was creeping up his body, freezing up his muscles and organs. numb. is how he would explain it. shattering numbness.

a gentle knock on his door drew in his attention. he didn't bother to answer, he only turned to face away.

'Sapnap..?' George's soft voice creeped into his ears, he's the only one that bothered to see him everyday, other than his adoptive father, of course.

Karl and Quackity visited but they didn't really stay long. It was... disheartening.

most were... happy that he was gone... he should be too... right...? after all, everything Dream did was... hurt him, hurt them.

so why... why did he feel like this...

'Sapnap have you eaten yet...?' George asked as he approached the numb boy. 'Yeah... steak' Sapnap responded dully. The royal red bed dipped as George sat beside the blaze prince.

George gently combed his fingers through Sapnap's hair in an attempt to comfort Sapnap, he'd never really been one to vocalize his feelings, and Sapnap understands that.

Sapnap's mind blanked as tears started to drip down his face onto his pillows. all he wanted was Dream, George knew that, but Dream was gone.

They sat in silence, George silently stroking Sapnap's head and Sapnap lying there as tears dripped down his face, the feeling of rushing cold air surrounding his body.

'Hey George... do remember that story we were told as children where the girl froze after her boyfriend died?' Sapnap asked softly, his breathing was shallow but slow. 'The one where she turned to ice in the snow? yeah... I remember...' George responded softly.

Sapnap felt his breath turn to ice, everything was a mixture of a burning and fierce cold pain. George noticed. '...you're leaving too...?' George asker softly, desperately wanting him to say no. they both knew what would happen.

The Myth of Ice was a cold and grueling death anyone could face... yet it was calm... tranquil even. Sapnap softly laughed 'I'm sorry' Sapnap turned to face George as he felt his body burn with the feeling of ice. George laid down beside Sapnap, 'I'm so... so sorry...' Sapnap spoke as he caressed George's face, George flinching but leaning into the cold hand.

'Maybe when you're done with everything here... we can meet up again... yeah?' Sapnap spoke as his eyes slowly lost their spark. 'Yeah... I'd like that someday...' George spoke as he leaned into the cold and freezing hand, and just like that... he was gone... tears slipping down his face as he muttered a final goodbye.

Sapnap's eyes fluttered open as he blinked away the blur of his eyes. it felt as if he had just woken up from a nap, he heard someone chuckle behind him. turning around, familiar white hair tied to a small ponytail and glaring green eyes stared back at him.

His breath caught in his throat as he stared at the man in front of him. The man stood there happily taking in the information that his was now with him.

'...hey, sap...' Dream spoke hesitantly. he didn't know what Sapnap felt seeing the guy who literally wiped his face off the planet, most likely hatred.

Sapnap walked towards Dream but didn't dare look him in the eye... Dream felt his finger twitch in anticipation of a slap to his face.

but all he felt were arms wrapping around him.

'don't...' Sapnap mustered as he tried to fort his sentence '...don't ever leave me again... you got it?' Sapnap softly demanded. Dream chuckled. 'I won't... never again...' Dream mumbled as he wrapped his arms around Sapnap.

The Myth of Ice:

a story about a girl who lost her boyfriend in an accident and froze started in the town that went mad. the death was said to last from a week to even a year.

The death is excruciatingly long and painful, it starts with the victim's emotions being dulled, then the victim slowly falls into depression, to then leads the victim to kill themselves or freeze up into ice.

The ice is said to never melt, there is no information on how to save a victim's life.

^ This is fully fictional and an idea I came up with! if there are any other fictional freeze death diseases, it's merely a coincidence! because I came up with this at 2 in the fucking morning.
