Main Setback:
-You are often criminalized by the government and citizens due to your quirk being similar to Hero Killer, "Stain" and a member of The League Of Villians, "Toga". Because of this, it has caused an ongoing legal battle to deem your quirk as a lethal weapon.

You can do the following:
-Harden your blood around parts of your body, using it either as a shied or if you make it sharp enough it can be used as a weapon
-Shoot rope-like attacks out any place of your body that is cut.
-Blood Bend (By making a small cut onto your opponent and consuming at least a drop of their blood, you can manipulate them using their own blood in any way you choose for a total of five minutes.)
Lastly, you have the ability to heal both your own and other's wounds. You can take some of one person's blood to heal another no matter the blood type but you can only use your blood and your blood only to heal yourself.
Other Setbacks:
-Since using your quirk causes you to lose blood you have to get blood transfusions after excessively using it.
