Morning after the date

Currently they were heading back home. Taehyung was driving like a drunkard and jungkook was peacefully sleeping in the backseat.

One thing taehyung noticed since the time he picked up jungkook and out him in the car was, the younger kept scratching his neck. Particularly at only one place.

He made a note to check what happened later on but right now, he needs to drive without crashing into a light pole.

Just 5 more minutes taehyung, just 5 more minutes

Five more minutes for what you may ask? To reach home. All he wants to do right now is plop himself onto the bed and melt away into the sheets.

Finallyyyyyyyy!!!!

At last they reach home. Fortunately, without crashing into anyone or anything.

He carried the younger inside and went straight to temporarily their bedroom. He gently laid jungkook on the bed. As much as he wants to sleep, it was already  10 and he knew if he slept any longer, Jin would wake him up in the most cruel way. He went and freshened up.

He slowly woke up jungkook, not wanting to startle him

"petal wake up baby"

Jungkook just stirred in reply.

"oh-? Petal doesn't want to wake up? Okay then, I'll ask Jin hyung to give me petal's share of strawberry pancakes and banana milk so that I can eat it all."

He said a little loudly in hope to wake up jungkook. Jungkook did hear it, but he was in no mood of getting up. The bugs near that cliff were a nightmare! He hardly got any sleep last night and taehyung kept taking the blanket leaving none for him.

So he simply just gave taehyung a thumbs up showing that he was fine with taehyung having his pancakes and banana milk.

"what- I- jungkook are you okay?"

Jungkook just groaned and covered his head with the blanket while banging his head against the pillow. Why won't the let me sleep? :'(

Poor baby.

"jungkook-"

"fine! Fine I'm up"

Taehyung grinned.

"good let's get going-"

He stopped as he looked at the younger scratch his neck. Why does he keep doing that?

He slowly peeled of the younger's hand from against his neck to see what's wrong. His eyes widened

Oh no.

"koo baby what happened here honey?"

"some insect bit me there and its reaaaalllyyyy itchyyyy"

He said whining. He scratched it so much that it got bruised on his neck. (did you ever experience anything like scratching yourself until the itchiness turns into pain)

Ohh boy. Taehyung knew exactly what's gonna happen now.

"ok bub go freshen up and come downstairs for breakfast yeah? And remember! Do not show your insect bite to anyone. Got it?"

Jungkook just absentmindedly nodded not paying attention to what taehyung was saying. Taehyung sighed and left the room.
