Comment:
As Christians, we have have been given many great and wonderful gifts from God. But the greatest gift of all is the gift of God's spirit that dwells within us.
The Holy Spirit is someone who helps us. The Holy Spirit is someone who guides us as we walk down the path of righteousness. He speaks to us, urging us to speak only what is right and truthful. He empowers us to speak what God desires for us to say.
Isn't this just so awesome? Even though Jesus lived on the earth for just a short time, our relationship with God was not torn apart. God had mercy on us and endowed Christians from that point forward with a Helper to guide our wayward hearts continually back to Him!
The Holy Spirit is indeed our great help! We only must open our ears and our hearts in order to listen to the words He speaks to us.
