Juliet's POV
After I had completed all of my to- do's for the day I sat down to watch dance moms on netflix. I woke up and checked the time 8:00 a.m. I hadn't even realized I'd fallen asleep. I had about 7 unread messages on my phone and 1 missed call.
Gilinsky: If you want to come over we are at Sammy Wilkinson's place.
Gilinsky: We might be home late.
Gilinsky: I hope you had a nice first day in La 😌👌
Johnson: How was your first official day here?
Gia: Hey babe! I have the day off of work tomorrow wanna hang out? Now that you're in La I can hang with my best friend. 😜✌️
Bryant: Hey! I don't wanna bother you but I just wanted to see if you changed your mind yet. Anyways let me know k? (;
Kate: Aye girl!!! So I talked to my boss to see if we are hiring and she said no but since you're a friend of mine she might be willing to give you an interview. Call me as soon as you can for the details. 💕👌👌👌
1 Missed Call from Jonathan
I'm surprised to have this many messages on my phone at once lol. I feel bad I never replied to Gilinsky about meeting his friend Sammy. I read through all the messages but the missed call caught my eye. Jonathan is my ex boyfriend. He doesn't seem to get the fact that we're broken up. I'm guessing he's calling because he figured out that I left Omaha. I didn't tell him because I don't want him to know where I am. We dated for about 4 months when he started getting possessive and he had to know where I was every second of the day. Then he started hitting me and I found out that he deals drugs. I had to get away from him. Moving to La helped me with that.
I texted everyone back.
Me: Hey Bryant! So if I did decide to do this photo shoot... When would it be?
Bryant: I'm free right now...
Me: where should I meet you?
Bryant: Can you meet me at Maple park in 20 minutes? Make sure you bring some summer clothes to change into.
Me: Okay sounds great!
Bryant: See ya soon beautiful :)
It still puzzles me as to why he would wanna have a shoot with me. I'm not famous or anything.
I put on light makeup and a sunflower dress right above knee length. I brought a bag with two dresses, a pair of heels, light wash jeans, a few t-shirts and two pairs of vans. I wasn't exactly sure what he wanted me to bring. I headed out the door and found my way to Maple Park by 9:05 a.m. Right on time.
"Hey! I'm glad you agreed to do this.", Bryant said excitedly. He had all of his equipment. "Yeah, I surprised myself a little bit.", I chuckled. "This park is beautiful...", I said looking around. "Here, follow me.", he said. We walked further past some trees to where it was only us , you couldn't even hear the busy city.
"I'm not sure what to do.. I've never modeled before.", I nervously laughed. "You've never been here before so why down you just look around and explore, pretend I'm not here." He explained. "Then I will have you go over to the bathroom in Starbucks and change and we can do some other photos." I agreed since I'm new to all of this.

About half way through Bryant told me I could go change into my light wash jeans, black vans, and a t-shirt. As I was walking back, he looked at me smiling... "The photos are turning out great, you're a natural." "Thanks." I said a little shyly. "Let's continue over here." He said with a smile. We walked in front of the small lake and he told me to lay in the grass. Occasionally he would say stuff like "look past the camera." And "now look happy" or sad or just normal. This was my first time modeling and as much fun as this was hopefully my last time. I felt so out of my comfort zone. We were just finishing up when Bryant's phone went off. "Hold up I will be right back." He said. With that he walked away on the phone. I just kinda stood there scrolling through my twitter. Not even 2 minutes later he came back over. He started packing up his things. "Hey sorry, so you rode your board over here. I have another shoot right now, maybe I could drop you off at your place if you want on my way to my next appointment.", He offered. "Um yeah sure, thanks!", I smiled back. We got in the car. "Where do you live at?" "54879 Truman Dr." (I made that up) . "K... Wait?? I could've sworn Jack and Jack live there." He said with a look of confusion. "Yeah, I'm Jack Johnson's cousin. I'm staying with them until I get my own apartment. Today is my second day in La." I answered. "Oh wow well I guess we will be seeing more of each other." He said. "Well I guess so." I replied. "I had a lot of fun today. Thanks!" "Yeah sure.", He smiled back, "I have kinda a project I'm putting together and when I saw you I knew that I wanted you to be a part of it." We pulled up to the apartment. "Thanks for driving me." "No problem".
"Jacks jeep is here, you should come in and say hi." I offered. "Yeah, okay." He answered. We talked to the Jacks about our day. Bryant left about 5 minutes later because he had another shoot.
"Wow, you just got to La and you already had a modeling gig..." Johnson Said in amazement. We all laughed. "I'm not really sure how it all happened lol. I just met him in Starbucks yesterday." By then we were all dying. It's been a productive two days to say the least.
