Sammy's POV
Everyone seemed to be surprised when I started dating Heavenly. It shocked me a little bit too. I mean it was kind of a douche move. I watched her grow up, we grew up together. When I met Jack and Jack we were in like the 7th grade. We were always hanging out at Gilinsky's place and that was all it was, it wasn't complicated.
Heavenly was just a little girl, she was just my friend's little sister. She's 17 and I'm 19... It's not that big of a difference right? She was in 7th grade and I was in 9th when I started shying away from her. It was hard to be around her because every time I was, I felt shy and nervous. At the end of my 9th grade year, I was staying the night at Gilinsky's house and we were watching a movie. I just held her hand in mine for the whole thing and she didn't pull away until the end. Later that night we kissed.
Gilinsky found out though and for a while he didn't speak to me... I don't blame him, she was 13 then and I was 15. Eventually we made up and I didn't speak to Nena (Heavenly) except for the occasional hi. Seeing her almost every day made me realize how much I really cared about her, I loved her. But I couldn't be with her.
Until last month.
She moved out to LA and came to see Gilinsky. Right then all the memories came flooding back. Jack saw it on my face as soon as she knocked on the door and walked in. Then he put me on blast. "It's great to see you little sis. We'll definitely be talking later but right now you and Sammy have some catching up to do." He looked at me and smiled before quickly patting my back and walking away. Then I told her I loved her. That I always have and I never stopped. I waited for an answer but she said nothing. Then she leaned in and kissed me. It was the same as I remembered, back when we were kids... Same soft lips, same long dark brown hair, and golden brown eyes. We laid on the couch in the dark all night talking about anything and everything that we've missed in each others lives.
She stayed the night. We laid together until sun up and I knew just how much I needed her.
I fell in love with my best friends sister.
