Nate's POV
It's been two days since the accident and she's taking it really hard. I just wonder if I'm the right guy for her. If I'm who she wants to comfort her. She didn't even call me. I know I'm still stuck on it but it really bothers me and I don't know why. The thing is I couldn't blame her. I don't like too much commitment, and I'm very committed as it is. I do love her. I know it sounds selfish because if anyone I want it to be her. I want her to always be there.
I know it sounds incredibly rude but that's just how it is. She walks out of the bathroom from her shower and grabs multiple products.
"Leave your hair natural.." I say.
"Okay, but it's gonna be harder to brush out though." She laughs her cute little laugh and it makes me smile.
"Then come here." I tell her.
She walks toward me with her brush and I tell her to sit down on the end of the bed. I start from the bottom like she always does and eventually I can brush her hair from top to bottom smoothly. She turns around after I finish and kisses me quickly.
"Thanks." I smile.
"Thank you." She says.
"It's almost summer.." I say with a smirk.
"Yeah. It is." She laughs matter of fact-ly.
"We should take a trip."
"Where do you have in mind?"
"Let's go to Mammoth and camp. It's beautiful there." I reply
"Ooh I've never been." She gets excited.
"Yeah let's go."
"Okay cool. I can make reservations at a camp and we can go next month sometime." I tell her.
I think this is going to be good. We really need some time just for us. It's like we just met, became friends, she hated me, we dated and then all this stuff with Kate happened. Even though it happened over a very long period of time it feels like nothing. We haven't even been like "together" in bed. It's just sleeping. I want her to be happy and I think we both need to get away for a while. Mammoth is amazing and it's a small town with cool shops and a lot of stuff to do. Maybe it will even give me a chance to show her how romantic I can be. I'm sure the Jacks and Sammy would like to bring their girlfriends.
"Hey Juliet!" I yell from down the hallway.
"Yes Nate?"
"Ask Gia if her and Jack wanna go. I'll ask Gilinsky and Sammy if they wanna bring Adna and Heavenly."
"Yeah okay. I have their numbers too so I can ask the girls."
"Sure babe." I say back.

Next Day
"So guess what?" I tease.
"What Nathan?" Juliet laughs.
"I called and booked us a spot which means in exactly one month... We will be leaving La."
"Yay!" She smiles as she walks over to me on the couch. She sits down right next to me and just smiles...
"Yes we can watch The Vampire Diaries." I laugh knowingly.
"Aw that's why I love you." And she kisses my cheek.
"We should get pizza." I suggest.
"Oh... haha I already did." She laughs. "I literally just ordered it like 10 minutes ago."
Of course she did.

I'm sorry it was short and I'm also very sorry that I haven't updated in a long time. I feel like a shitty person. I was really sick and I couldn't even think straight to write. Anyways even though this update sucked pickles I'm gonna make the next date be a month from now and it's going to be longer. Watch out for romance and a little bit of drama!!!
