Chapter 52

"Mrs. Lee, well, you were right. There is something different about this pregnancy. Something that only happens 1 out of 400+ pregnancies, it's even rarer in Korea. Stasia, your twins have different biological fathers. Now I know your situation, so it might not be that much of a surprise, but they were conceived the same day. Normally, you have a window of a week or so that it happens, but these babies are at the same exact point in growth. Do you understand what I'm saying?"

"Yes, doctor, I do; I know exactly what you are saying, as well as who the fathers are. Thank you for doing these tests for me. It's a load off my mind." She knew that one of them was the father, the timeline matched up, but both of them. Does she need to tell them? They all agreed that they wouldn't find out, but Yoongi knew about his baby. She owed it to them to tell them. 

Stasia walked into Tae's room, and he and Jimin were playing video games. Perfect, now she can just tell them together. "Baby, Honey, can I talk to you two?" They turned to look at her. "Okay, so just let me get this out before you bombard me with questions, okay?" They nodded their heads.

"At the first baby appointment, I knew that one of you was the father. The timeline matched up, and I just knew. The same way I knew last time. But something felt off. I couldn't put my finger on it, so I asked the doctor to run some tests. He took some blood and did a few other things, and he just called me. The twins have different fathers. That means that you each got me pregnant at the same time, and it resulted in fraternal twins. I know that we all agreed not to find out who was the father, but I thought you deserved to know. Just like Yoongi," she said the last part in a whisper.

Jimin walked over to her and said, "I'm still so sorry about the baby we lost. We figured out it was Yoongis. You aren't exactly the secretive type, but I'm happy you told us. I'm excited to be a father again. I'll always consider Ami mine, so as much as I love her, I know I'll love this baby too, regardless of whether I knew it was mine or not."

Tae was kneeling down next to Jimin, "I feel the same way, Stasia. I'm excited to have a baby with you, but I would love it even if it was just Jimin who was the father. We love you so much."

"Do you think we should tell the others?" 

Jimin snorted, "Even if we didn't, they'd figure it out like we did with Yoongi." 

"Okay, well, I guess at dinner time, I'll tell everyone."

She was nervous. What if the other guys got upset? She didn't think they would, considering how great they were with Ami, and even now, it was their brothers' children. But she felt bad for Yoongi the most. They'd have a baby there right now if the plane crash hadn't happened. 

When everyone was settled down and eating, she said her famous "we need to talk" line. They all looked at her and she glanced at Thing 1 & Thing 2, they nodded to tell her to go on, that it was okay. Stasia turned to look at Yoongi, "Apparently, I'm not exactly subtle, and everyone knew that Yoongi was the father last time. I didn't mean to deceive you, but we never even got testing done. I just knew at the first appointment that it was his." 

She gave him a sad smile. "Something felt off about this pregnancy, and I couldn't put my finger on it, so I asked the doctor to do some tests. It turns out there was something; my twins each have a different father. I knew at the appointment that they were either Jimins or Taes but now we know that they each have one. I know we said we wouldn't find out, and I'm sorry for knowing and telling you. I don't know how I always know; I just do. Are... Are you guys okay with knowing?" She looked at them all with tears in her eyes.

Joon and Jin stood up and gave Tae and Jimin hugs, Kookie congratulated them, Hobi cheered from behind them, and Yoongi came to her. He gave her a big hug, "I'm sorry we lost ours, but we'll have another one, I promise you." 

Stasia gave him a quick kiss, and they turned to look at the others. You could tell by the look on their faces that they felt bad. She and Yoongi had lost their baby, and they were cheering for these two. But it's okay; it was a tragic accident that no one could have prevented. She opened her arms, and they all surrounded her with a huge hug. From the middle of them she whispered, "I promise I will give you each a baby, I want to have each of your babies."

They each gave her a kiss to let her know that they loved that idea. "Well, with my weird superpower, I'll know who the Dad is at the appointment, apparently." They all had a good laugh and then went back to eating the now-cold food. 

She was afraid that Jimin and Tae would treat her differently since they knew the babies were theirs, but they didn't. They all treated her the same. 

Yoongi was a constant reassuring presence, Jimin and Tae were the jokesters, Kookie was a Godsend with Ami and all of her extracurricular activities, Jin made sure she always had food she could keep down, Joon kept her mentally sharp and kept the sasaengs in check, and Hobi was always there to cheer her up even when he was feeling down himself. 

These men were so much a part of her that she wasn't sure she'd ever be able to leave them.
