James Jr. the Attention Hog🐖

These idiots were testing my patience and tolerance. James Jr. has now begun playing the victim of this whole  drama. He cries and whines to anyone who will listen. It wouldn't be so bad if it also wasn't so public. He will act out in the Grand Hall while everyone is there. He will come over to the Slytherin table and act his usual arrogant self and then condone his behavior by saying he is doing what any good brother would. Today might actually be the final straw. James Jr. had waddled to our table and everyone actually quieted to watch the show.
"Sister, dear sweet sister, I understand wanting to stand out after all it can't be easy standing in the shadow of someone as great as me, but this behavior is not the way to do it." James said trying to patronize me
I rolled my eyes and continued to ignore his presence
"Why don't you leave her be? She is fine as she is plus she has openly stated many times she wants nothing to do with you." Draco said slowly to the moron
"Mind your place, Death Eater." James snarled by now catching the attention of some of the teachers
"I should be saying the same to you. You are making a mockery of the fine lineage. You act as if you have never been trained at home by stalking Potter. You come over here every eating period to speak your drivel and then get upset when someone puts you in your place. Now my sister has asked you civilly from one House member to the other to leave her be. I suggest you do so before your actions further stain what little reputation you have left." Anastasia ranted
James trembled in rage as did his little side kick. Ronald removed his wand first and fired. Anastasia sent it back in his direction then James jumped in. I stood up wand in hand as James fired. I pulled Anastasia behind and intentionally let the spell hit me. It was a cutting curse. I gasped surprisedly at the pain.
"Rosetta!" Anastasia shrieked catching me by now the upper years got up and had James at wand point
Suddenly James fell to the ground and turned into a piglet. Everyone stared at him in shock as he ran in circles squealing.
"I don't think my magic likes him too much, but on the bright side, Theo you said you wanted pork chops for dinner I bet if you catch it Filch will show you how to make his lemon pepper pork chops." I said weakly from blood loss
Suddenly Professor Snape was there and began getting me to drink potions. I was beginning to fade out. I stopped Professor Snape for a moment.
"I want to press charges against James Potter Jr. I also want a restraining order against all three of them." I said as loudly as I could before passing out
3rd POV
Everyone stared as Rosetta laid unconscious on the floor before everyone began talking and moving. Professors Snape and Flitwick quickly got Rosetta to the Infirmary. Professors McGonagall and Potter collected James the Piglet as he was caged off to the side. Multiple students snuck out and began writing letters to their parents. Due to all the commotion, classes were delayed by a couple of hours. Rosetta was recovering after a few more potions and healing spells but she was still unconscious. Dumbledore and the Potters came in the Infirmary and Professors Snape and Flitwick headed them off.
"How is she?!" Lilly asked hurriedly
"She'll be fine. You should be more concentrated on your son. Her father will want to press charges." Severus said
"I'm her father, Snape!" James said loudly
Everyone shushed him.
"But you aren't her legal guardian. Even with you fame and influence you won't be able to get her guardianship without proving without reasonable doubt that she is in an unsafe home. Now you can't even try it because your moron of a son attacked his twin in front of a couple hundred witnesses." Flitwick said coldly
Lilly looked teary eyed. Severus felt bad for her but knew that there was nothing to be done. She had chosen this path now she was stuck with it. James Sr. was fuming and stormed out to go talk to some people and the newspapers to try and cover this up. Lilly also left to see if her son had been changed back yet. Dumbledore stayed and looked at the two professors.
"Now you both have to know that Miss Potter needs to be with her family. This is a chance for them to bond without hostility." Dumbledore said with a twinkle in his eye
"The only way they will bond is if it is forced. Besides, Albus, everyone heard her wish to charge James Jr. and a restraining order against his parents. I can't see the Aurors turning her down after this incident." Professor Flitwick stated
"Surely once she has healed up and calmed down she will see that there is no need to take things that far." Dumbledore said exasperatedly
"The curse cut through her chest five inches to the left it would have punctured her lung or five inches the other way her heart. Tell me how was she overreacting?" Professor Snape said coldly
Dumbledore fumbled slightly.
"Miss Sherwood is a Slytherin, Albus. You know I have always taken care of my snakes whilst they are in my care. She has said her wishes. I shall enact them if she wishes me to do so when she awakens. Be grateful she hasn't spoken of suing you for the failure to stop this harassment and your encouragement of its continuation." Professor Snape said in clear dismissal
Dumbledore stared wide eyed for a moment before reluctantly retreating.
"You know this will not be the end of this battle, Severus." Professor Flitwick said
"I know. I also believe that k have found a possible third side in this upcoming war. Miss Potter is not all Dark nor is she all Light. I have seen a couple of dark tendencies she has but I've also seen her Savior side. Dumbledore was foolish when he tossed her aside for her moronic twin why don't we capitalize on his misfortune." Professor Snape theorized and suggested 
"She is but a child, Severus." Professor Flitwick cautioned
"For now, but she is also a child with ambitions for herself. She will be a part of the upcoming war, Filius, regardless of who puts her there. The idea would be to make she is ready when she is forced into that position or have her confident enough she takes that step on her own." Professor Snape said
Professor Flitwick began to think about it.
"I will speak with the goblins and see what they have to say. They may want a piece of the pie if our preparations prove valuable." Professor Flitwick said before leaving
Professor Snape left as well back to his potions lab. The hope for a third side weighed on both of their minds.
