Quiet Retribution

Rosetta watched how word of mouth took action. Ron had received a letter from his father and wanted to confront her about it but James stopped him. Bill came at breakfast and wished to speak to Rosetta and her father. Dumbledore tried to pull a fast one and make them do their business in his office but McGonagall got there first and offered an unused office. Dumbledore tried to summon James Potter and Dumbledore claimed to be offering himself as host and guardian of Rosetta but she refused and sent a house elf for her father. Dumbledore tried to insist on being involved and called Rosetta childish but she still refused. Dumbledore finally left and they both sat down. 

"Hello Miss Sherwood. My brothers have told me much about you. I am William Weasley but I often go by Bill. On behalf of the Weasley family, I offer up our most sincere apologizes for the offense of two of our members." Bill said

"The Sherwood family accepts your apologizes, Heir Weasley. Your family does interest me though especially the twins." Rosetta said 

"Thank you. They are good boys."

"I have a proposal for you. I wish Fred and George Weasley to become apprentices of my house. I am quite willing to accept Percy as well." Rosetta said sipping on a cup of tea that her house elf had brought 

Bill began to think of the advantages that could bring his brothers as well as his house. The Sherwood's were a now well known, rich, and formidable family. Percy wanted to be in politics and the twins were so very focused on their pranks. 

"If I may ask, are you in a position that you can make an offer like this?" Bill asked wearily 

"The Sherwood family is broken but united in a sense. My father is the head of the Sherwood family in the United Kingdoms. My eldest brother, Sekani, is the head of the family in Japan.  Anastasia is being trained to follow her path into Australia. I will be going to the United States. The main branch of the Sherwood family is in Romania. We all will answer to grandfather, who will eventually choose his heir to take over in the time of his death. Understand?" Rosetta explained 

"Your family is huge with a large reach. The main branch is sent out to expand the family but everyone answers to the main branch that is in your area while those main branches answer to the Head of the family in Romania. Basically your grandfather is King with each of his children is a prince or princess with their own territories who then have their children start building networks and territory for themselves." Bill said wide eyed 

"Precisely. My grandfather had three sons and one daughter. His daughter was not interested in a power struggle so she happily settled in Bulgaria and had a family. While the three sons went off. My father opened the Sherwood family in the United Kingdoms in both the muggle and magical world. He accepted many wards in his lifetime. He saw to their education, work, and beginning of their lifestyles. In exchange, their loyalty is to my father before their own needs and wishes. They trust that he has their best interests at heart and he refuses to ever break such trust. His brother Adrian is the head of the Iranian branch. His other brother Sebastian is in France." Rosetta explained further 

Bill realized that this would open doors for his brothers. His brothers would essentially be under Rosetta. She would do as her father had done for her. Fred and George already treat her as their sister more than Ginny at this point. 

"Percy is interested in politics." Bill said weakly and unsure with all of this new information

"I understand this. Percy seems to love information gathering and knowledge. He would have made an intriguing Ravenclaw. I could set it up so that he could train under my father for the political field. He would eventually be my ambassador for my work and associates here. He would answer strictly to me. He may even become my delegate for when I cannot be here for new legislature." Rosetta said
