2016 | HYDRA UNDERWATER BASE — At this exact moment Iron-Man, Black-Widow and the Captain himself were on their way inside their disguised Quinjet to storm the alleged HYDRA underwater base, together with other allies from S.H.I.E.L.D.
After not too long, the three of them finally found the main entrance on land and were able to quickly find their way inside. Meanwhile they took down every HYDRA agent who got in their way. Stark was mainly responsible for eliminating the attackers, while Romanoff and Rogers were supposed to look for possible prisoners or anything else they could find.
But after a few moments, a terribly loud alarm sound echoed through the halls of the base, which indicated that HYDRA was probably in danger or under attack.
And that's why the three of them stayed together and knocked out any agents who got in their way. The team went deeper and deeper into the base until they came to a giant gate with a blood red skull symbol from which several tentacles protruded.
"50 bucks, if the giant octopus is in there." Tony grinned before attempting to blow down the door. He raised his arm and fired a blue repulsor beam at the door until there was hardly anything left of it.
When they entered, they carefully looked around and found a highly equipped gigantic laboratory with many doctors and agents inside of it.
Tony fought all agents who had special HYDRA weapons and tried to destroy every one of those damn weapons.
Natasha also went deeper into the laboratory and took down anyone who was throwing themselves in her way with the electronic widow-bites that she wore on her wrists.
Steve, on the other hand, knocked down all of his targets with his blue and red vibranium shield.
He kept walking deeper and deeper into the lab until he came to a part where he found what looked like an unconscious young woman. He wasn't sure whether to approach her, but instinctively he ran toward her anyway.
As he approached her, he slowed down, to make sure he wouldn't risk getting attacked by her. He saw her lying on the lab chair and noticed a bloody wound on her neck.
