you were greeted with rays of sunshine indicating the start of a new day, also the day you were going to Hogsmead with the year group which you were most excited for

you almost jumped out of bed but remembered you were still in your boyfriends grip

you look over at the bedside clock to see it was 6:30am, if you wanted to have a shower and breakfast before you left for Hogsmead you would have to get up now so you tried to wriggle out of Draco's grip but failed miserably when he just tightened his arm around you.

"where are you going?" he mumbled clearly not wanting to get up yet making you sigh it was the same problem every morning a battle to get Draco up for school or in this case a trip.

you lay back down on your back and turn your head to look at him "i have to get up"

"no you don't"

"yes i do i have to get ready" you chuckle

"what for? you don't need to impress anyone" he says his voice all groggy

you smile and kiss the top of his nose "yeah i have you to impress"

he opened one eye slightly "you could wear a bin liner and not have had a shower for like 5 months and i'd still be impressed"

you roll your eyes "you don't need to get up yet just let me"

he huffs and lets you go making you smirk as you hop out of bed and pick some clothes out from the wardrobe for after your shower

"i don't even wanna go today" he complains from the bed

"stop being such a grump" you tell him "it will be fun!"

you can feel him rolling his eyes behind you so you turn and face him
"are you gonna get up at any point or..?"

he smirks "what if i don't?"

you raise an eyebrow "oh i'll still go just a shame you won't be there to fight off any boys who try and come my way" you send him a sweet smile and go into the bathroom to shower and get ready

once you leave you see Draco had got up and also got changed as he waited by the door, he look up at you and smirked

"did you want to take any longer?" he remarked

"i have a lot more to do than you" you reply grabbing your bag

Draco grabs your hand and huffs "let's get today over and done with then"

"i bet you all the money in the world that you'll actually enjoy today" you comment as you both leave

"even if i do i'll just lie" he grins

"i can tell when you lie so i wouldn't if i were you" you say as you both walked down the corridor

"no you can not" he shoots back

"oh but i can, you never look me in the eye when you're lying" you laugh

he rolled his eyes knowing you were right "whatever" he mumbled as you both reached the crowd of students waiting to go.

it was now just after mid afternoon, you had both spent the day shopping, well you dragged Draco shopping with you, he just kind of subtly looked around and picked up things that he wanted to get you along the way, which you of course scolded him for not that he gave a care in the world.
