Looking at my baby monitors it looks like they're having a hard time going to sleep, on nights like this, if one or all of them don't sleep then I can't sleep, and I have rehearsals tomorrow.
Will:

I read her a love story or sing her a love song.
Ronald:
I make up superhero stories about a Grim Reaper who kills things like demons or angels, saving the souls of humans before he has to take them himself.
Undertaker:
A glass of warm milk and a few biscuits, then when he's finished I just rub his back and sing him a slow song until he falls asleep.
Eric and Alan:
I grab my acoustic guitar and sing them a slow or love song till they fall asleep.
