Here is the AU that was used for this event:
The Hermits are all on a train. This is the train on which they move seasons, leaving behind their old section of the world and travelling far far away for a fresh start - the trip usually takes about a day. However, for some reason, the train stops before they reach their destination. The surrounding area is a barren, cold, wasteland. Not that it matters, as all exits of the train are locked. No amount of tugging, or lockpicking, or brute-forcing, can get the doors open. The windows can't be broken. There doesn't seem to be a way out. So what happens to the Hermits? Do they figure out why the train stopped? Do they manage to escape? Do they just die? Up to you!
