Chapter 13

~Time Skip another week~ (Wednesday)

Iwaizumi was in class when the bell rang. "Iwa? You going to be alright?" Ito asks before he leaves the room. "I think so." He responds. Ito smiles and lets him go, "I'll send you a text if I wanna leave." He says before leaving. Ito nods and turns to her friends.

Iwaizumi walks up to the roof and sees Oikawa there with Makki and Mattsun. He walks up to them, "Hey Iwa~chan!" Oikawa exclaims, "Hey." Iwa says before sitting beside Makki. "Hey, you alright?" Makki asks, "Yea, just tired." Iwa says looking at Makki and Mattsun. They nod their heads understanding what he means. 

"Iwa~chan? Wanna hang out later?" Oikawa asks. "I can't, I need to study for an upcoming test." Iwa tells him. Oikawa  pouts but leaves it. 'God I wish I could kiss those lips.' Iwa thinks to himself. Makki nudges him and Iwa snaps out of his thought, he had been caught staring at Oikawa's lips. He starts to blush as Makki and Mattsun laugh, leaving Oikawa confused.

"Anyways, how's you and your girlfriend." Iwa asks, not actually wanting an answer. Oikawa smiles, "Amazing, she's so perfect!" Oikawa exclaims leaning back. Iwa forces himself to smiles, "Oh I bet." Oikawa continues to smile, "What about you Iwa~chan? How are you and Ito~chan?" Oikawa asks him. Iwa looks at him confused, "Me and Ito? We're just friends?" Iwa says. Oikawa looks at him confused, "You're lying. You two are like so close and she's not your girlfriend?" Iwa sighs, 'Should I tell him now? Lets not...' "No. She's not. I'm not that focused on finding a relationship like you Shittykawa." Oikawa pouts again, "Rude."

The three stay and talk on the roof top until Mori came up to get Oikawa. "Toru~ Lets go~" She says dragging him away. "Bye guys, I'll meet you later." He says before following Mori. "Alright." Iwa says.

He turns to Makki and Mattsun, "What? They were looking at him with smirks on their faces. "Oh nothing~" Makki says, Mattsun turns away too. "Guy? What happened?" He asks. Makki giggles, "You were daydreaming about his lips~ In front of him!" Mattsun exclaims. Iwa starts to blush again, "Shut up." Makki and Mattsun laugh at his flustered state. 

"I can't help it. He's just so...I don't know? Perfect? I can't help but stare at him. How he smiles, his eyes, then his hair. Everything is just so-" "Iwa. You're in love. Hard." Makki says. Iwa stares at him. "You're in deep Iwa." Mattsun adds. "You're lying. I don't love him." Iwa says. Makki and Mattsun share a look. "Hate to break it to ya, but you are." Makki says. 

Iwa freezes, "I can't love him...no...he's straight..." Iwa says quietly. Makki and Mattsun move over to him and hug him, "Hey...you'll be alright..." Mattsun whispers. 

The three stay hugging until the bell rings.

When school was done, Iwa walked over to practice and saw Oikawa's girlfriend in the gym. She turned and saw him, "Hi!" She says smiling, Iwa forces a smiles, "Hi..." Mori continues to smiles and looks for her boyfriend. "Have you seen Oikawa?" Iwa asks her, "Yea, he's in the locker room I think." Iwa nods his head, "Alright." 

Mori looks at Iwaizumi's face and faces forward again, "I hope you know he won't love you back." She says out of no where. Iwa freezes, "W-what?" He asks looking at her, but she was staring at Oikawa. "You heard me. I saw the way you looked at him when he introduced me as his girlfriend. He won't love you back. He's straight and I'm pretty sure you already know." "I do. You don't have to tell me. You don't got to worry about me stealing your boyfriend away. You got to worry about is fangirls. They find out you're his girlfriend. And they'll rip you to shreds." Iwa says smirking.

Mori looked furious, "You-!" "Hey guys!" Oikawa cuts her off and hugs her waist. "Whatcha talking about?" He asks. Iwa chuckles, "Nothing important. Get back to practice. You've been skipping so much I bet your serves are off." Iwa says going over to Kunimi. "They're not!" Oikawa exclaims following him.

Mori glared at Iwaizumi until Makki and Mattsun walked up behind her. "You know...Jealousy isn't a good look on you." Mattsun says laughing. Makki giggles, "He's right. Glaring at Iwaizumi won't get you anywhere sweetheart." Mori glares at the two. "Shut up." She says. "Did you hear something Makki?" Mattsun asks, "I don't know Mattsun, sounds like Jealously~" Makki says laughing. The two walk back over to Kindaichi laughing.

Once Practice was over, Iwaizumi changed back to his uniform and was about to leave before Oikawa stopped him. "Iwa~chan! Wanna go to the café with us?" He asked, Mori was next to him giving Iwa a glare. Iwa chuckles, "Nah, I'm fine. I got studying to do. Bye." Iwa leaves and heads to the library. 

Iwaizumi walks over to the library and sees Ms. Murakami. "Hello Ms. Murakami." He says bowing a little. "Oh hello Iwaizumi-kun! How's everything?" She asks him. Iwa groans, "A mess." Ms. Murakami laughs at his response, "How come? Did you finish the book I gave you?" Iwa nods his head. "Yea I did and Oikawa got a girlfriend." He says handing the book to her. She looks at him, "Oh my..." "Yea, she's alright? She told me that he'd never love me back earlier. I laughed and told her to worry about his fangirls." Iwa giggles, Ms. Murakami smiles seeing Iwa smile. "I suppose so. Those fangirls of his are a bit much." She says. 

Iwa nods his head, "Yea, um could you show me where the series is for Cinder?" Iwa asks her, She nods her head, "Of course. Follow me." She says. 

Once Iwaizumi got the next book he sat down in his regular spot and started to study for his upcoming exams.
