Venti x tired! Reader

Sorry this isn't a request I just wanted to write this one down before I stared on some of them lol
I promise I went through them !! Ily guys

I yawned as I rubbed my eyes in an attempt to rub away how tired I felt. Normally I'd be fine staying up this late, but after working on an essay for about 2 hours because I can't seem to focus, I can barely keep my eyes open.

Just as I was almost done, I must've passed out, because I felt a hand on my shoulder that gently shook me awake. Blinking, I looked around the room. It was almost 4am, and I fell asleep on my keyboard, which explains the random spam of letters where I left off.

"It's late, why are you still here?" The boy asked. He must've woken up, because he sounded just as tired as I felt.

"I fell asleep, I really needed to finish my assignment," I mumbled in response. Venti sighed, since we already went over this before. He grabbed my arm, gingerly pulling me up from my seat.

"Come on, we're going to bed. I already told you staying up all night doing your assignments isn't healthy. You can finish it in the morning."

I hesitated before letting him drag me away, slipping a quick, sorry, out as he led me through the dark hall.

"I don't know why you're apologizing to me, it's your health. I'm only reminding you because I care," Venti stated as he jumped back into the bed, acting as if he hadn't rested on it in years.

I got in next to him, pausing to think about my essay once more before I did. Maybe sleeping and finishing it tomorrow is for the greater good. The bed was cozy compared to the chair as I settled down in it. Venti laid on his side as he smiled at me, watching as I got comfortable.

Eventually as I closed my eyes, I felt a familiar warmth gravitated slowly towards me. The boy pressed his forehead just above my collarbone while he curled up next to me. I wrapped an arm around him while I absentmindedly ran my hand through his hair on the back of his head. Seeming to enjoy the feeling, he nuzzled further against me.

"Goodnight Venti," I whispered, but the boy had already fallen asleep as he snoozed quietly in my arms. Smiling to myself, I rested my head on top of his as I fell asleep as well.

A/n: dang I really wanna eat snacks but it's bad practice to eat snacks at night
But my chips are just staring at me from my desk
I gotta resist
