Prologue

I've been hidden away from magic my entire life. My life has always been easier in the muggle world. I never understood what magic could do to you until I went to Hogwarts.

I didn't realize how different the witches and wizards would treat me, or the different creatures I would be introduced to. Even the things I learned there were different.

My past self would think that something was wrong with me if I didn't fit in with everyone else. Of course, at Hogwarts things were much different. Everyone was different in the wizarding world, which made me feel like I truly belong.

The people at Hogwarts changed my life forever. I would've never known how much the people around me can change who I am.

For the better and worse.

There were things about myself that I haven't discovered until I met certain people. I slowly started to become stronger and more confident in who I was.

I thank my friends for that.

It was here at Hogwarts, that I learned the truth about who my father was and why I was hidden from my true self all these years.

Although, I am far from perfect.

Even if I made several mistakes along the way, I was still able to grow until the very end.
