Levi
The bell rang dismissing my class. Eren glanced up any me and ran of with his blonde counterpart.
I watched him and the rest of the kids hurry away, clutching books to their chests and running to meet up with their friends. The same things I see every year.
It's rare that any student leaves an impression on me. I generally only look at my students as one collective thing rather than as individuals. I don't really have the time to be giving anyone special attention.
I walked over to my desk and sat down picking up my tea by the rim, glancing up at the clock. I had at least a good hour before my next class period. Hopefully it'd be enough time for me to clean up my scattered thoughts.
Eren Jaeger. That brat had wormed his way into my brain in a way that pissed me off more than I'd ever thought possible. I'd dealt with troublesome students before. His behaviors weren't exactly what one would consider abnormal for a teenage boy. Yet for some reason I couldn't get him off of my mind.
"Tch," I muttered to myself taking a sip of tea, "It's the first day of school, you're probably just nervous or some shit." Yeah, nervous after 10 years of teaching, doubtful.
I was quickly yanked from my thoughts by a large crash from outside of my door. It flew open to reveal an all too familiar glasses faced freak.
"Ms. Zoe, I'm surprised you haven't broken my door yet this year." I looked away, taking another sip from my cup, "Consider this a personal record for yourself."
Hanji chuckled as she made her way over to my desk, placing her hands on it's surface. "What can I say, I love a grand entrance," she winked.
"Don't you have a class to teach or something? Is bugging me really all you can think of doing right now?" I asked looking over a random document on my desk in order to avoid eye contact.
"I don't actually have a class this period thank you very much," Hanji retorted crossing her arms over her chest smugly, "And for the record bugging you has become one of my favorite hobbies."
"Get bored of experimenting on rabbits already?"
She gasped, "I would never do such a thing to such an innocent creature, though I do admit I've tried with my neighbors kids who let me tell you are far from innocent!"
"You're sick."
Hanji narrowed her eyes at me, scanning over me thoughtfully. "Something on your mind Levi? You seem awfully distracted today."
"It's nothing," I murmured, rubbing the bridge of my nose, "Just some shitty student in my last class."
"The mighty Mr. Ackerman gets derailed by a student!" Hanji laughed, "Maybe you've lost your touch Levi, I bet teaching students about numbers all day will make any man to loose his edge, eh?
I glowered at her, "For one thing it's not just numbers it's Algebra, which is much less likely to drive someone insane as opposed to whatever the hell you teach."
"Biology."
"Don't interrupt me. And he hasn't "derailed me" he just pissed me off that's all. Don't get any stupid ideas shit glasses."
"Whatever you say Levi," she grinned, turning to leave, "I'd love to meet this student, lord knows he must be something else to have wound you up so tight."
The door closed loudly as she left, leaving an unbearable silence behind her. I stood up and began pacing back and forth lost in thought. Nothing that glasses faced freak said was relevant. Eren was just another shit faced brat that I'll no doubt forget about in no time.
I spent the rest of the hour so lost in thought that I barely heard the bell ringing as my next class began filing in.
This was going to be a long day.

I'm sorry my chapters are so short, don't worry they'll get longer as I get more situated into the fic. (^∇^)
