for u , part thirteen . . .
Sunoo regretted not answering Ni-ki right then and there. He hated himself for walking away without telling the younger that he was also confused about his feelings. Sunoo wishes he ran up to Ni-ki and told him the feeling was mutual but, he didn't. If he did they wouldn't be awkwardly sitting at the cafe with their friends trying their best to make the situation better. The others didn't know what was happening but they for sure knew that something was up.

"Okay, I'm just going to say it, what the hell happened?" Jay asked suddenly, putting down his coffee cup. Jungwon clenched onto his arm with a shocked expression, signaling for him to stop with his eyes. "Yeah, why are you guys ignoring each other again?" Instead of getting angry and arguing as they expected, Sunoo and Ni-ki just blushed. "It's nothing" Ni-ki answered. He turned to face the window. "Okay, guys let's not push them to answer. They'll tell us what happened when they figure it out" The two couldn't thank Jake enough. Sunoo smiled at him briefly before going to take a sip of his drink. It had been a day or two since Ni-ki admitted his feelings and it left Sunoo some time to think about what his next move was. Especially because of the way he acted back at the moment.

"Y-you are?" Sunoo asked slowly, letting go of Ni-ki's wrist. Oh how badly he wanted to grab onto his hand and hold it forever. The warmth of the older's hand was fading with each second after he let go. "Y-yeah, I'm falling. I'm falling deeper every moment I spend with you" Sunoo went silent again. He had no clue what to do. He obviously felt similar feelings towards the younger but it didn't eliminate the fear, the fear that it wouldn't work out. In his defense, they did hate each other just a while ago and they only recently began to get along.

"Ni-ki... I'm sorry..." He apologized and rushed off to his house. Why? He could've been with Ni-ki right there, two days ago. He could have confessed his feelings but he didn't, he didn't because he was too scared. For all, he knows he could have Nishimura Riki as his boyfriend right now but nope, of course, he had to run off.

Ni-ki :p

Can we talk?

Now?

Aren't you texting me right now?

I mean like after, alone

I need to clear something up...

Look, you don't need to force yourself

If you don't like me, you don't like me

It's fine

Just talk with me after our hangout, idiot

Fine

There was a gloomy mood looming over the seven. Nobody knew what to say and just awkwardly looked back and forth between each other. Jake brought his phone out and grabbed Sunghoon's arm, pulling him to look at the time on his phone. "Oh guys, I need to head to practice. I'm sorry" Sunghoon apologized. The others said their goodbyes before Jake and Sunghoon exited. This is exactly why they never had the time to hang out because there was always something that would come up and make them busy.

"We've been hanging out for a while, we should get going. We need to study and I'm sure you need to as well" Jungwon stated before pointing at Heeseung who sat diagonal from him, Jay nodded in agreement. And within minutes Sunoo and Ni-ki were the only two left in the cafe. They concluded that they probably left on purpose to give them time to themselves.

"What did you want to talk about?" Ni-ki asked softly, moving closer to sit right in front of Sunoo. He wanted badly for everything to go back to before he confessed, he wished that they still were close. He wished that his feelings didn't come through and mess with his friendship with Sunoo. And Sunoo wanted badly to go back to the moment so that he could tell Ni-ki all about his feelings towards him. They both blamed themselves.

"I want to talk about... our feelings" Ni-ki was caught off guard at the statement. "Look, hyung, don't feel the need to treat me like this. Just tell me that you don't like me b—" Ni-ki was immediately cut off by Sunoo. "I'm falling too, I'm falling for you too Riki" Sunoo looked at him with sincere eyes, a little blush on his cheeks. This short sentence caused Ni-ki to blush and he couldn't help but stand in shock. When he realized he sat back down and tried his best to keep his emotions together. "How about we get out of here? We're already interrupting people" Sunoo suggested while eyeing the people at the table beside theirs. The men at the table beside their's couldn't mind their business and the dirty look they gave didn't go unnoticed.

The duo did whatever they needed before exiting the cafe, walking towards the nearby center where they could sit in peace. "Sunoo don't lie to yourself. I think you probably are forcing yourself to say this..." Ni-ki sighed, playing with a leaf that had fallen from the tree above them. They found a quiet and secluded area where they didn't need to worry about disturbing other people, plus it gave them a sense of privacy. There was a big tree behind their bench that cast a shadow away from the sun, it felt comfortable on the bench.

"I'm falling too," Sunoo said flatly, turning to look at Ni-ki in the eyes. This was when the younger tried his best to read his expression and body language but Sunoo didn't budge, he was simply blushing with a little grin. "I'm honestly not sure if it'd be safe to risk our friendship I mean... We only recently began to get along" Sunoo said softly, looking down at his lap. "I mean what if it doesn't work?" Sunoo added. Ni-ki sighed and went to lift Sunoo's head by his chin.

"Then, let's make it work"
