for u , part eighteen . . .
"So, how was your date?" Jungwon asked excitedly as they walked across their school's field. Everyone was wandering around and getting ready for their first class of the day. "We had to reschedule because he caught a cold," Jungwon's expression dropped whilst Sunoo's remained happy with a little grin. "What? Shouldn't you be a bit... sad?" Jungwon took a few minutes to stop and examine the older who seemed to be out of it.

They've known each other for years yet Jungwon has never seen Sunoo so in love. And if you were to ask Jay, he'd say the same about Ni-ki. The two best friends were sitting down on a bench beside their homeroom building, relaxing before they needed to head to class. But Ni-ki was staring off in the distance with a little pout on his lips. It was very obvious that something was on his mind.

"Riki? Nishimura Riki?" Jay waved his two hands in front of the younger's face. But still, he stared off, mumbling something shortly before going back to pouting. "I swear I'm going to murder you. Are you coming to my birthday party or not?!" Jay asked. And again, no reaction, no response at all. They arrived at school around 20 minutes ago but Ni-ki hasn't uttered a single word to the older, not even a little glance in his direction.

Jay groaned and stood up from the bench, walking off to see if the younger would snap out of it and follow along. Ni-ki sat still on the bench, with no intentions to move at all. The older marched back over to the bench and flicked his forehead harshly, watching as he massaged it and sent him daggers through his eyes.

"What was that for?!" Ni-ki whined and stood up from the bench. A few people looked their way for a little bit looked away when they saw the two looking at each other in silence. "Are you even listening to me? You haven't looked at me or spoken to me all morning, is something wrong with you?" He was mad but he couldn't stop the curiosity in him. Jay knew about the date he was supposed to have with Sunoo but Ni-ki didn't tell him anything about it so far. "It's nothing let's just go"

There Sunoo and Jungwon were again, trudging down the hallways to make their way to the dance practice room. The four planned to hang out after school during lunch so that they could just relax. They have been working hard on studying so it was a given that they needed to have a little break once in a while to just hang out with each other. But they also promised the other two that they would be able to practice a little bit before they left.

"Hey hyung!" Jungwon exclaimed and smiled towards Jay who was already up and on his way to the younger. The dimples on Jungwon's cheeks revealed themselves as they began their own conversations. Sunoo rushed towards Ni-ki with a wide smile, jumping up and stopping right beside the male who was sat on the hardwood flooring. The soft music playing the backgrounds created a sort of ambiance that comforted the two.

"Hyung~," Ni-ki said with a little grin, patting his head a few times. Sunoo took a seat beside him on the floor and rested his head back and against the white wall. "How are you feeling? You feeling better?" The older asked, going to rest a hand on Ni-ki's head to feel for his temperature. "I'm fine, thank you for taking care of me" Ni-ki thanked, running his hands through Sunoo's hair.

Jungwon and Jay watched their two friends in awe, they finally were realizing their true feelings and acknowledging them. "Are they together now, like for real?" Jay whispered to Jungwon. The younger shook his head and rested his head on Jay's lap, staring up at him. "They didn't even go on their date so I don't think they're 'together' yet" Jay nodded and went to grab his phone.

"You're welcome, now," Sunoo said softly, going to fix his uniform which was getting a little disheveled. "When are we going to reschedule our date?" Ni-ki smiled at this question. "How about we do it the day before Jay hyung's birthday?" Sunoo didn't even need to think twice before he nodded his head.

Jungwon helped Jay gather up his belongings before they made their way to the entrance door, only then, turning to look back at Ni-ki and Sunoo. "We're going to wait outside. And you better hurry, we don't want to wait for you dummies" Jungwon squinted at both of them before dragging Jay outside with him. Sunoo laughed and grabbed onto his backpack strap, slinging both of them over his shoulders. Ni-ki did the same as he stood behind the shorter male, helping him out a little.

"Did you eat lunch today?" Ni-ki asked softly. The older thought and looked at Ni-ki through the mirror. "Yeah..." "Are you sure? What did you eat then?" Sunoo nervously looked away before playing with his backpack straps. "Nothing..." He whispered under his breath. "Come on hyung, you need to eat something. Did you even eat breakfast?" Ni-ki questioned further, truly curious and worried for him. Instead of answering his question, Sunoo began to rant on. "Look at me, aren't I gaining weight? Look, I've even gained my cheek fat again... It doesn't look good at all" He looked so dejected as he now played around with his fingers.

Ni-ki sighed out loud and went over to grab one of Sunoo's hands, giving it one long and firm squeeze. "Hyung, who said that? You look amazing in my eyes. And your 'cheek fat' is adorable, hm? Sunoo hyung you're beautiful, okay?" He tried to let all of his words flow out naturally. Though it felt weird to say it himself, it had to be said, it was his true feelings after all. "Plus if you didn't have cheek fat I couldn't do this" He pinched over of the older's cheeks, watching a smile form at his lips. "Okay, okay! I get it! Not let go!" Sunoo was laughing loudly as he tried to pull away from the younger's hands.

"STOP BEING CHEESY IN THERE AND HURRY UP!"
