Power Plant and Field Perils

In the morning after Ash won his second Hoenn gym badge, our heroes gotten to the New Mauville Power Plant thanks to Ash's teleportation.

"Hey, how come we just teleport to each town instead of on foot?" May asked and Ash answers with "I can only teleport to places I've already been to. I've been here when Professor Oak was studying electric type pokemon."

There were fields nearby, some Zigzagoon, Electrike, and Taillow were there, along with three Skitty, a single Swablu, two Plusle and two Minun.

"Wow! They're so cute!" Molly says, mentioning the Skitty and Swablu.
May agrees, mainly looking at the Skitty.

An injured Electrike went to the gang.
Ash picks it up and gets it to their campsite and gives it some Oran Berries and a Full Restore.

"You'll be alright little one. You just need rest." Ash said, Electrike smiling a little, nudging it's nose to one of the Skitty, Swablu, Plusle, and Minun.

Ash looks over and goes over to said pokemon, as does May and Molly.
They had some bruises and they help the pokemon.

"What happened to you guys?" Molly asks, feeding one of the Skitty, also tending to one of the Minun and one of the Plusle.

<Some people in blue scarves on their heads and Crawdaunts went in the power plant.> Plusle says, then the Minun chimes in with <Us and our friend Electrike tried to help us and he got it the worst.>

Ash looks mad and says "It must be Team Aqua." Molly looks puzzled.
"Who's Team Aqua?"

"People that cause trouble and want to increase the world's oceans with a legendary pokemon called Kyogre, even if it floods the world."
Ash explained, Molly shocked.

Molly looks determined and says "We have to help those pokemon and stop Team Aqua!"

Everyone agrees and an explosion is heard from inside.
Our heroes then ran inside, some of the pokemon follow, including the injured ones.

Some Team Aqua grunts were laughing, while some other grunts trying to dismantle the main generator.

Pokemon like Magnemite, Magneton, Voltorb, and Electrode were trying to stop them, but were all stopped by Crawdaunts, Mightyenas, and Golbats.

"Teddiursa, Dynamic Punch!" Molly called out, her Teddiursa using said move on one of the Crawdaunts, knocking out out.

"What the? Hey, it's those kids and a new one!" One of them shouted, Ash glaring at them.

"Leave this place. NOW." He growled, some of the grunts goes pale, but the others growled and ordered their pokemon to attack.

"Mareep, use Thundershock!" Molly once again called out, to which the fluffy pokemon obeyed, shocking some of the Golbats.

May let's out Torchic, to which it used Ember on some of the Mightyena.
Meanwhile, Max had Treecko aim Bullet Seed at the Crawdaunt and Brock having Mudkip use Water Gun at Golbat.

Ash had Grovyle, Combusken, and Marshtomp help Treecko, Torchic, and Mudkip with their own attacks, but Combusken using Flamethrower instead of Ember.

Electrike bites one of the grunts, the Plusle and Minun shock them with Discharge, and Pikachu helping with Thunderbolt.

"I had enough! Retreat!" One of the grunts yells and he, along with the other grunts scurried off.

Brock managed to get the generator back to normal with the help of a Magnemite and Voltorb.

May found a shiny and hungry Mareep who was hurt and gives it a Sitrus Berry.

Mareep was happy, looking fascinated by May saying she wants to be a good coordinator. Mareep, along with one of the Skitty joins May.

One of the Magnemite, Zigzagoon and Voltorb joins Max, the Magnemite and Voltorb from before joins Brock, one Plusle, one Minun, one Skitty and Swablu joins Molly, and Ash gets Skitty, Electrike, Plusle, and Minun, which Ash scans.

[Skitty, the Kitten Pokemon.
Skitty is known to chase around playfully after its own tail. In the wild, this Pokémon lives in holes in the trees of forests. It is very popular as a pet because of its adorable looks.
This Skitty is level 20 with the ability Wonder Skin, Female, and knows the moves Tackle, Fake Out, Foresight, Sing, Attract, Disarming Voice, Double Slap, Copycat, Wish*Egg Move*, Sucker Punch*Egg Move*, and Zen Headbutt*Egg Move*]

[Electrike, the Lightning Pokemon.
It generates electricity using friction from the atmosphere. In seasons with especially arid air, its entire body blazes with violent showers of sparks.
This Electrike is level 25 with the ability Lightning Rod, Male, and knows the moves Thunder Wave, Leer, Bite, Howl, Quick Attack, Shock Wave, Thunder Fang, Spark*Egg Move*, Fire Fang*Egg Move*, Ice Fang*Egg Move*, Crunch*Egg Move*, and Discharge*Egg Move*]

[Plusle, the Cheering Pokemon.
It has the trait of cheering on its fellow Pokémon. By shorting out the electricity it releases from its paws, it creates pom-poms for cheering.
This Plusle is level 40 with the ability Plus, Female, and knows the moves Nuzzle, Thunder Wave, Quick Attack, Helping Hand, Spark, Encore, Swift, Electro Ball, Charge, Discharge, Sweet Kiss*Egg Move*, and Wish*Egg Move*]

[Minun, the Cheering Pokemon.
At a meeting of Pokémon academics, it was announced that simultaneous exposure to electricity from a Plusle and Minun will promote circulation and boost vitality.
This Minun is level 40 with the ability Minus, Female, and knows the moves Nuzzle, Thunder Wave, Quick Attack, Helping Hand, Spark, Encore, Swift, Electro Ball, Charge, Trump Card, Discharge, Wish*Egg Move*, and Sweet Kiss*Egg Move*]

Max then asks "Wait, how do we get to Mauville City? It's not far, but it's across the water!"

Molly let's out a Mantyke and a Horsea while Ash let's out something that looked like a very wide surfboard.

"We can use our water pokemon to move this to Mauville City. Marshtomp, Mudkip, can you help us along with Mantyke and Horsea please?" Ash said, to which the two pokemon nods.

Everyone then boards on the board and they head off to Mauville City.
