Our heroes arrive at Mossdeep City, clearly relieved of Ash being able to calm and catch the trio of legendary pokemon.

Ash goes back to training, which helps Vibrava, Sealeo, and Wailmer evolve into Flygon, Walrein, and Wailord, Ash then scans his newly evolved pokemon.

When chasing prey, Wailord herds them by leaping out of the water and making a humongous splash. It is breathtaking to see this Pokémon leaping out of the sea with others in its pod.
This Wailord is level 54 and knows the moves Hydro Pump, Water Spout, Water Pulse, Heavy Slam, Brine, Whirlpool, Dive, Snore, Rest, Amnesia, Ice Beam, Double Team, Earthquake, Sleep Talk, Bounce, Rain Dance, Avalanche, Liquidation, Aqua Ring*Egg Move*, Double-Edge*Egg Move*, Fissure*Egg Move*, and Thrash*Egg Move*]

Ash was happy with the results of both the training and the new friends he had just caught.

He and the gang find the Battle Tower, and Ash gets ready for the frontier battle.

"Welcome. You must be Ash. Brandon has told me about you." A woman with purple hair says, approaching the group of five.

"I'm Anabel. The frontier brain of the Battle Tower." Ash smiles, bowing politely.

"It's an honor to meet you."Ash says. They all walk into the tower and head to the Battle Tower.

"Alright, the first two rounds will be single battles, but if I'm at six, then two triple battles. Sounds good?" Anabel proposes.

Ash nods, grinning, preparing one of his pokeballs. Anabel does the same, both heading to the battle room, which has two battlefields and a large pool, most likely for any water types, and the two let out their first pokemon.
Anabel has Chimecho out while Ash has Absol out.

Chimecho charges and launches Dazzling Gleam, but Absol uses Double Team to dodge the move, then uses Hone Claws and then Night Slash.

Thanks to Absol's Hone Claws heightening her attack power, Night Slash both being super effective and increasing the chance of a critical hit, and Super Luck also increasing the critical hit chance, it knocked out Chimecho with ease.

The trainers return their pokemon out on the field and sends out their next pokemon.

Anabel sends out Xatu and Ash sends out Aggron.
