Legendary Dangers

Our heroes are at sea, heading to Mossdeep City, Ash is doing some training to deal with the upcoming psychic gym.

During this, Ash finds a submarine poking out, having the emblem for Team Magma.

"Is that...oh no..." Ash returns most of his pokemon and runs to the others.
"Guys, we need to prepare ourselves. Team Magma is close by."

The gang gulps a bit, but nods. "Ah! Look!" Max exclaims, pointing at another submarine, this one with Team Aqua's emblem.

Ash finds a Luxray and its trainer, a man with purple hair in a ponytail.

"Excuse me, sir? Can I borrow your Luxray?" He asks. Luckily, the man agrees.

"Luxray, can you see if there's anything odd in those submarines?" Ash asks.

<Not a problem.> The electric type agrees, using its x-ray vision to see in the submarines.

Team Aqua's held the red orb and Kyogre while Team Aqua's held the blue orb and Groudon.

Ash wasn't happy, but he thanked the trainer and his Luxray, letting them go.

"Not good.." Ash was worried, trying to think of a strategy.
He checks the news, seeing that a small island nearby, which has the Sky Pillar, is inhabited by the legendary pokemon, Rayquaza.

Rayquaza can help calm Kyogre and Groudon. "Alright, here's the plan. May, Max, distract Team Magma. Brock, Molly, you go and distract Team Aqua. I'll head to the Sky Pillar to get Rayquaza's help."

"But, will you be okay?" Molly asks, clearly worried about letting her cousin go.

"Don't worry, Molly. I'll be fine. I know you're really strong, so you'll be a big help to Brock." Ash says kindly.

Molly nods in agreement, Ash smiled at that. "Look after each other. Okay, guys?"

They all nod, heading off to their assigned submarines on top of Molly's Mantine.

Ash lets out his Swampert and rides on his back.
"Swampert, head to that small island." Ash commanded, the water type nodded, speeding into the ocean.

Molly and Brock have their pokemon ambush the Aqua grunts, Max and May pummeling through the Magma members, and Ash arrives at the island, returning Swampert to its pokeball.

Ash walks off, going inside the Sky Pillar. Ash changes Altaria's ability from Natural Cure to Cloud Nine, in case Air Lock doesn't work. After a ten-minute climb in the tower, he manages to get to the top, finding a shiny Rayquaza.

"Rayquaza, there's a big problem. Team Magma has Groudon and Team Aqua has Kyogre. They'll most likely fight again." Ash explains.

Just as he finishes that sentence, loud cries were heard. They were from Kyogre and Groudon.

<So it's true... Very well. Get on.> Rayquaza says, Ash, Pikachu, Eevee, and Togetic get on.

By the time they get there, Kyogre and Groudon were out of their confinements, battling, and in their primal forms, a massive storm was happening.

Rayquaza's Air Lock did not affect the weather, so Ash lets out Altaria, her Cloud Nine ability calming the weather, now having clear skies.

"Hey! It's Ash! He's on Rayquaza!" Molly says, Maxie and Archie are in shock and clearly aren't happy with their plans foiled.

"Get that boy!" They barked in unison.
Their respective grunts and admins let's out many Zubat, Golbat, and Crobat.

Pikachu manages to chase them away with its electric attacks, Rayquaza swooping down, talking to the two legendary pokemon.

"This isn't the time for fighting! If you can't resolve your differences, your fighting will destroy the world!" Ash begs.

Kyogre and Groudon are clearly suspicious, Ash lets Deoxys and Gardevoir out.

"Deoxys, Gardevoir, show Kyogre and Groudon the future if they and their kind keep fighting!"

They nod, the two psychic types used their psychic powers to show what will happen if they continue to fight.

The vision showed one side of the world flooded and the other side completely dried.

A majority of people and pokemon that wasn't Groudon or Kyogre have either drowned, dried up, and/or starved since a majority of the plants have either dried up or drowned.

That got the Groudon and Kyogre to listen and form a truce.
Maxie and Archie seemed to be in deep thought.

The grunts try to catch the legendary pokemon, but they blocked the upcoming pokeballs.

Ash was unhappy, cracking his knuckles.
Maxie and Archie swallowed their pride, having their respective teams retreat and abandon their plans.

Kyogre and Groudon goes back to their base forms and hands Ash the orbs.
<We're sorry..we had no idea it could go that bad..>
<Yeah..it would be a good idea to not fight as much.>
Ash smiles at the fact the legendaries made up.

The legendary pokemon look at each other and agree to join Ash.

Ash was stunned, but accepts and scans the legendary pokemon.

[Kyogre, the Sea Basin Pokemon.
Kyogre is named in mythology as the Pokémon that expanded the sea by covering the land with torrential rains and towering tidal waves. It took to sleep after a cataclysmic battle with Groudon. This Kyogre is level 100 with the ability Drizzle and knows the moves Origin Pulse, Water Pulse, Scary Face, Ancient Power, Aqua Tail, Aqua Ring, Body Slam, Ice Beam, Calm Mind, Muddy Water, Double-Edge, Water Spout, Sheer Cold, and Hydro Pump]

[Groudon, the Continent Pokemon.
Groudon has long been described in mythology as the Pokémon that raised lands and expanded continents. This Pokémon took to sleep after a cataclysmic battle with Kyogre.
This Groudon is level 100 with the ability Drought and knows the moves Precipice Blades, Mud Shot, Scary Face, Ancient Power, Earth Power, Lava Plume, Bulk Up, Fire Blast, Solar Beam, Hammer Arm, Earthquake, Eruption, and Fissure]

[Rayquaza, the Sky High Pokemon.
A Pokémon that flies endlessly in the ozone layer. It is said it would descend to the ground if Kyogre and Groudon were to fight. This Rayquaza is level 100 with the ability Air Lock and knows the moves Dragon Ascent, Hurricane, Twister, Hyper Voice, Scary Face, Ancient Power, Dragon Dance, Fly, Crunch, Extreme Speed, Hyper Beam, Outrage, Air Slash, and Dragon Pulse]

Our heroes head back to the ferry, en route to Mossdeep.
As the journey continues.
