Six weeks is how long the end of year break is, forty-two days and in minutes sixty-thousand four-hundred and eighty minutes. That is more then enough time for most people but for Andrea Jane Davis it was barely enough. Four weeks ago her father had died and now she had to go to school, were everyone would have heard about her father's death. She didn't want to be treated like a victim, she didn't want to hear people's 'i'm sorry for your loss,' Andy just wanted one thing in her life to go back to normal but she knew that after today nothing would ever be the same again.

"What classes do you think we will share?" Quartz Lennon- a british exchange student staying with Benji Dale— asked as they walked to school with Andy and Benji.

Benji was the first person to answer the pink haired demi-girl. "Probably most of them, the classes last year were sorted by grades. We're both on a B."

Quartz smiled at the idea of being the same class as her best friend, Andy and her didn't really get along which was odd since the two had a lot in common including the fact that they both are vegetarians.

"Maman, j'ai trouvé cette œuvre de bienfaisance en ligne dirigée par une fille nommée Nessarose Greene, c'est pour aider à collecter des fonds pour la chirurgie de transition d'une fille, suis-je autorisé à faire un don-" The blonde french girl- who just so happened to be Lousie Agreste— was cut off but the sound of Quartz's loud voice;

"Hey! Watch out!" Quartz ran over to Lou and pulled her off the road, just in time as a car passed. Just then did Lou realise what had just happened.

"Did that girl almost die?" Andy asked, speaking for the first time in the walk. She was completely dumbfounded, her mind wondering what might have happened if the car was just a kilometre faster or if Quartz was further away, what might have happened to the french blonde was what happened to her... She shook her head and told herself not to think about it.

"Are you okay?" Benji asked as he looked concernedly at Lou.

She took out her phone and let it play, "I don't speak any english but thank you miss." She smiled at Quartz gratefully, but then became worried as she realised something. 'Crap,' she thought, her mum was on the phone, she was probably freaking out. "I need to go but thank you again," a robotic voice said in a monotone manner.

Lou ran off and though Quartz was still in shook about what had just happened, she smiled proudly, knowing that already today she had helped someone.

"Pierre?" Mr Cockburn- the english teacher— called as he read the names from his class list, the first day back was always his least favourite day of the year

"Pierre?" Mr Cockburn- the english teacher— called as he read the names from his class list, the first day back was always his least favourite day of the year. The day really makes him rethink, the whole becoming-a-teacher thing, he always finds himself wondering, 'Why become a high school teacher? Especially with your name.' Because high students are mean and the last name Cockburn is a perfect place to start bullying.

"Here," the shy boy said as from the corner of the classroom. Mr C, ticked his name and moved on,

"Jessica?" He looked around for the girl in the picture on his laptop, short brown hair, glasses, dark brown eyes, he couldn't spot her.

"Jessica Miles?"

No answer. He sighed, the first name and already two students were away, Andrea Davis and Jessica Miles.

[ With Jess ]

The fifteen year old sat alone in her bedroom, tears falling down her checks as she was slight in panic mode. Her parents once again were no where to be found and her house was to far away to walk. She messaged Mary Beth asking the blonde to drive her to school but she didn't answer and now she was left alone, by herself- as she is most of the time. Jessica played with a ring that was on her finger and tried to calm herself down, her tears were useless, they won't give her what she wants.

A butterfly flew in her room and suddenly she heard a voice, "Dark Slayer, I can give you what you want as long as you give me what I want." The crying teen stood up and said four words that started a new page in the history books;

"What do I do?"

This is shorter then the last chapter and I'm a little disappointed in myself about that.

Welp, anyways. How was this chapter? Next chapter will be the first akuma and Aiden and Tiffy will get their miraculouses, should Nessa and Quartz get theirs too or should that get theirs chapter three?
