Chapter 7

A few days later...

Ethan had been encouraging Samukelisiwe to talk to Brian and tell him the truth about the pregnancy so he can be supportive and come to appointments with her. When she turned the corner she saw Brian approaching her and he looked nervous...

"Heyyy." Samukelisiwe said

"Hi, how are you?" Brian asked

"I'm great a little sick though." She smiled

"Ok look I need to talk to you about the other day." He said

"What happened the other day?" Samukelisiwe said clueless

"I found out about your secret 'cause I overheard you and Ethan talking when you guys went into the bathroom." He said

"Wait what, I don't know what you're talking about and why the hell were you eavesdropping on our conversations?" She asked

"I thought you were cheating and didn't love me anymore," Brian said looking down

"Ok fine yes I'm pregnant with your child well it might be," Samukelisiwe said

"Look Samukelisiwe I'm here no matter what I will do whatever it takes whether I'm the father or not." He said putting his hand on her cheek and then stroking it with his thumb

Before Samukelisiwe could respond Brian was already kissing her, she was so thrilled that she had her two guys' best friends with her for support and she was going to go see if Brian was the father or not next week.

The next week at the hospital...

Samukelisiwe, Brian, and Ethan were sitting and waiting for the doctor to call them. Samukelisiwe was so nervous to find out who the father is, it was killing her slowly but surely. She felt a hand on her thigh and it was stroking it. It was Ethan he was reassuring her that he was not going anywhere. Samukelisiwe looked up and smiled

Brian and Samukelisiwe went into to doctor's office and she did a check-up.

"Seems like everything is fine and healthy with the twins, now would you like to know the father." She said

"The father is Brian, any questions." She added

"Yes, what are the genders?" Samukelisiwe asked

"It's a girl and a boy." Doctor Dlamini said

"Really?" Brian said

"Yes and congratulations." Doctor Dlamini said

They left and went out to dinner. When they got there they sat down and ordered.

"So how are things with Clarissa?" Brian asked

"Yeah we aren't getting anywhere and I don't think I love her anymore." Ethan admitted

"Well at least you have a chance now." Samukelisiwe said taking a sip of her coffee

"I don't know, maybe I'll tell her soon, how are the seizures?" Ethan asked

"I don't know, because it's like I black out from time to time and try get are getting worse especially during the night." Samukelisiwe said

"I hope you get better." Brian said kissing her cheek

"So what are you going to do about the situation?" Brian asked

"I'll talk to her when we get back home." Ethan said

"Good luck." Samukelisiwe said

She started stroking Ethan's leg to tell him it was going to be okay then she eventually stopped and they left after having dinner and a few drinks. They went home and they showered, then after they showered Ethan chilled in his room and called Clarissa whilst the couple were occupied. In Brian's room, they were laying on their sides facing each other.

"Stop staring at me." Samukelisiwe giggled

"Why? I'm admiring how beautiful you are." Brian smiled

He wrapped a strand of her hair around his finger then let it go. After that he stared into her eyes admiring her and kissed her slowly.

"You're so beautiful you know that? You're amazing." Brian murmured in between kisses

"And you're the sweetest guy I've ever met." Samukelisiwe said

"I love you so much." Brian said

"I love you more." Samukelisiwe said

Brian kissed her and wrapped his hands around her waist.

"How about you place your hands a little bit lower, like let's say on my hips." Samukelisiwe smiled

"Nope I love them where they are because they rest on your hips." Brian said

Samukelisiwe made out with him for a couple of minutes and she stopped the kiss so they could cuddle and watch movies with snacks since Samukelisiwe wasn't feeling well and she had seizures throughout the day. She wore his Duke university sweatshirt and his sweatpants.

"Why don't we go check on Ethan." Brian said

"Sure we can and the call didn't sound good." Samukelisiwe said

"We can invite him to watch movies." Brian said kissing her head

Samukelisiwe and Brian got up and went to Ethan's bedroom to invite to watch movies with them to make him feel better and whilst watching the movie, Ethan was on the bed and Brian then Samukelisiwe was upside down at the top on the bed but woke up.

"So how was the call?" Samukelisiwe asked going to sit in between them

"It was okay but there was a lot of fighting and well I am really hurt but I'll get over it eventually." Ethan said

"It's going to be okay, I promise you and I'll be there for you every step of the way." Samukelisiwe smiled

"Bro you can come to me whenever you are not okay." Brian said

"I'm so tired." Samukelisiwe laughed

"What? That's so random." Ethan laughed

"What? I'm tired and I thought you two needed to hear it." Samukelisiwe said

"Love, I think you need rest from today." Brian chuckled

"Yeah you're right." Samukelisiwe said

She buried her face in Brian's shoulder and she slept. Thirty minutes later...

"I think she's asleep bro." Ethan smiled

"Damn she can sleep easily, because I think she was sleeping after ten minutes." Brian smiled

"I hope she will be okay, I'm really worried about her, she hasn't had this many seizures in a day even or in fact a week." Ethan said

"I hope nothing bad happens, because we would be nothing without this little drama queen." Brian said

"You got that right." Ethan chuckled

"I've put her through a lot of shit and she's stayed every time." Brian said

"You are lucky to have someone like her, because I know you're a tosser but you're lucky to get someone like her." Ethan said

"Well I can't promise I won't hurt her but I'll try." Brian said

"I'm tired and I need to go sleep, so goodnight I'll see you in the morning." Ethan said

"Goodnight." Brian said
