"what's on the agenda today then?" belle asked taking a bite of toast. "i say we go to the beach." sapnap suggested. "oh yes!" dream agreed doing finger guns at sapnap. "i'm down for the beach, belle?" george asked turning to her. "sure." she smiled.
they all got changed for the beach and dream packed a bag full of sunscreen, towels and a change of clothes for everyone.
"i wanna drive this time." sapnap begged dream. "fine but be careful." dream agreed reluctantly handing him the keys. this time dream and sapnap were in the front with george and belle in the back.
"you're on my side." george complained. "how am i on your side?" belle questioned. "see?" he pointed to her foot which was slightly over the halfway point. "oh come on dude." she sighed. "move it." he huffed. "you move it." she shot back. "i'll kick you." he warned. "i'll kick you ten times harder you wanker." belle threatened. "okay guys, calm down." dream interrupted, "belle move your foot, george stop complaining." "fine but only cause you said so, not because george said so." belle said crossing her arms.
"hey belle look at this video!" george beamed, showing belle his phone. "what the hell?" she burst out laughing. "show me!" dream exclaimed turning around to face the two in the back. "what?!" he wheezed. "this isn't fair i want to see." sapnap whined. "you're the one who wanted to drive." belle remarked. "shut it." he huffed.
the group of friends somehow managed to make their way to the beach without killing each other, setting out a few towels under the rays of sun.
"why do you have a towel with danny devitos face on it?" belle asked turning to face dream. "uh- it was on sale?" he said unsure of his answer. "okay then." she nodded her head.
george and sapnap had ran off into the sea already together, the two could see them splashing water at each other from where they were sitting.
"it's so hot here, man." belle sighed. "it's not even that hot today." dream laughed. "maybe not for you, i'm used to like 12 degrees celsius max." the girl said putting her hair into a messy ponytail. "that's freezing." dream stated. "no it's not." belle giggled. "agree to disagree then."
"guys come in the water!" they could hear sapnap yell. "coming!" the both said in unison before turning to each other and laughing. "last one there's a rotten egg!" belle blurted out before sprinting towards to sea. "not fair!" dream shouted at her, already half way there.
"you're so slow." she nudged him gently once he caught up. "you cheated." he nudged her back. "mhm." the girl hummed. "can you guys stop flirting for like ten minutes?" george fake gagged. "young love, leave them be." sapnap chuckled. "we're older than you." dream scoffed. "belles only older by a few months." he huffed. "still older." she teased. "i'm older than all of you." george said proudly. "yeah what are you now? forty?" belle winked at him. "shut up." he groaned.
they all messed about, swimming races, who could hold their breath the longest, who could swim the furthest, who could throw the beach ball the furthest or who could win a sandcastle building contest. at one point they tried to figure out who was willing to embarrass themselves the most for $10,
"alright where's my money?" belle asked walking back from the lifeguard. "did you actually do it?" sapnap said in disbelief. "yup, i asked him how the fish didn't drown and then when he explained it started crying." she said proudly. "we didn't say you needed to cry!" dream wheezed. "it made it more believable." the girl shrugged. "you'll get your money when we get back." george laughed. "good."
