It was time
Kensi and deeks both got out of the car in unison both were silent
After walking for a while kensi broke the silence "were did he say to go" she asked him and he was quiet. He stood in the same spot but turned in circles looking all around them until he stopped his eyes landed on his little girl. She was crying and looked scared she was looking up at everyone who walked by but no one payed attention to her. He ran to her with kensi close at his heels "daada" she cried as he picked her up and held her close "Sam Callen, we got her" kensi spoke unto her ear piece. Deeks pulled the little girl a little away from him to look her over and make sure she's ok. His eyes immediately fell to her hands, her wrists were bruised and had small cuts on them from what he assumed were from being tied up then he noticed a gash on her arm, it wasn't fresh but he knew it still hurt "we should get her to the hospital kens" he looked up at his partner who was looking over Jennah the same way he was "I'll call hetty" he handed Jennah over to kensi Jennah was still crying but had calmed down a little bit "your ok now" kensi hushed the little girl and held her close
They arrived at the hospital with a now sleeping Jennah in deeks arms, kensi checked them in and they took Jennah into a room immediately
"shes hurt" the doctor started to explain " I'm not sure exactly how far the extent of these injuries are yet but they aren't good, she's a small girl little things like this can effect her in a very bad way" the doctor looked over to deeks "were keeping her over night you two are welcome to stay but we will be running tests almost all night" kensi grabbed deeks hand knowing all of this was too much for him "right now I need you two to wait in the waiting room until we finish our first test" the doctor explained kensi got up first and deeks followed her out the door. They stopped right outside the door and kensi stood in front of deeks and grabbed his hands "Deeks she's going to be fine, she's your daughter your a fighter and so Is she" kensi tried to reassure him after a few minutes of standing in silence kensi broke down "please deeks say something your scaring me" she pleaded he just hugged her "I don't know what I will do if anything happens to her kens, I know it will be my fault, all of this is because of me" he pulled away from kensi and was now crying "dont say that deeks you didnt make this man do these things to her lets go sit down" kensi pulled deeks into the chair and they waited to hear from the doctor
