The training camp has officially started. Teams were versing eachother, and right now, Teikō's volleyball team is versing Fukurodoni.
"HEY HEY HEY! GLAD TO VERSE YOU AGAIN SHRIMPAY!" Bokuto shouted in excitement. Hinata giggles at the owl haired look alike male's actions. The game went on for a while, and it was a math point for both teams. Sure, Hinata could still run fast and jumpveey high, but he didn't show the improvements he has made with his new team yet. Karasuno, who was now taking a break after versing and winning against Aoba Johsai, were watching the game.
"Huh, guess Shrimpy hasn't learnt anything new, not surprising. Especially since his height hasn't changed as well." Tsukishima says as he chuckles, having the rest of the team follow on. Tanaka and Nishinoya were annoyed of their actions, but they couldn't forgive themselves on what they have also done to Hinata. But thoughts were gone as soon as they heard Hinata cheer with his team, having Fukurodoni groan as they started to have their penalty.
"Yah! We won!" Chibi shouted in excitement, now hugging Hinata with a very happy expression. Hinata giggles as he gives his team a high five, one by one. Karasuno couldn't help but scoff, trying to shrugg off the jealous feeling they had inside themselves. The GoM, who shared the gym with the volleyball team as the other gyms were occupied, cheered for Hinata before going back on their break.
"Wow, Hinata is great at Volleyball!" Momoi said as she clings onto Kuroko, who rolled his eyes but then nodded in agreement.
"I agree, he has quite the skills in both Basketball and volleyball." Kuroko said as he wipes the sweat off of his forehead and arms. Akashi hums as he drinks his water from his bottle, soon closing it as he stands up.
"Yes.. but I'm still wondering on the "bullying" incident that happened at his old school. He does not seem the type of person to do that." Kise nods in agreement with what Akashi said. Hinata really doesn't seem the type of boy to do that. Aomine laughs as he finishes his bottle of water.
"Well, never judge a book by it's cover I guess?" Momoi rolled her eyes and blew her whistle, telling them to come back on the court as they have more training to do before their practice match next week. Aomine then thought of an idea, running back to the net that splitted up the gym for both sports.
"Yo Hinata!" Aomin shouted for the tangirines attention. Also getting everyone else's. Hinata jogged over to Aomine with a confusing facial.
"Hey Ganguro! What do you need?" Aomine rolled his eyes as Hinata chuckles.
"Play with us! It will be fun." Aomine says with a big toothy smile. Hinata was happy that Aomine invited him to play with the team, he looked over his shoulder to his volleyball captain who nodded, making the tangirine smile and celebrate with joy. Karasuno and the other volleyball teams were surprised. Hinata knew how to play basketball?
"Pfft, I'm sure he sucks at the sport. Plus, I could beat him on a one on one." Viko says with a cocky smile. Karasuno couldn't help but just roll their eyes. Why is Viko so cocky and competitive to Hinata? Even if Hinata bullied him in the past, they put it behind. They couldn't understand why Viko is suddenly being so cocky to him. But they shook their head as they remembered that Hinata beated Viko up.
Hinata, who heard Viko could only laugh.
"You? A little shit that is all mouth, why not just verse me in one on one then?" Hinata said as he was on the other of the gym. Viko sweat dropped and glanced around a bit.
"W-well.. not now of course! Plus, it's obvious you're just an amateur at basketball, I'm sure you're in third string. You would be lucky enough to even get in second!" Viko tried to laugh away his refusal to Hinata's offer. Only having the GoM and Teikō's volleyball team to laugh out loud.
"Why did you think I ask Hinata to play with us? Do you really think we would let a third stringer to play with us?" Aomine said between his laughing. Viko was merely confused with the rest of the volleyball teams. Naoki went up to Viko and patted his shoulders. Now squeezing it quite tightly.
"My Kohai is actually a first stringer. If you want to talk all shit about him, maybe play against him first."
Daichi removed Naoki's hands from Viko's shoulder with a pissed off expression. Naoki scoffed as he walked back to his team. The tension was now thick. If a knife would cut through, it would break after 3 seconds.
"Damn.. what happened with Karasuno and Hinata.." Semi says quietly, having Reon who was next to him nod in agreement. Viko turned red from embarrassment, having Hinata smirk. Hinata went back to his basketball team.
"Alright, Akashi can sit out for this then. Team one will be Midorima, Kise and Murasakibara. Team 2 is Aomine, Kuroko and Hinata!" Both teams lined up with a big smirk on their face. But one voice caught all of their attention all of a sudden.
"Wait, where's the other dude?" One of the teammates in Inarizaki asks as they look around. Everyone else started to notice and question the same thing.
"I'm right here."
One sentence out of no where made everyone shout in fear.
"WHERE DID YOU COME FROM!?"
Hinata giggled as Kuroko told him before hand that he would do this. Momoi and Akashi sighs in sync, but had an amusing smirk on their lips.
"Alright, everyone is here!" Momoi grabbed the basketball on one hand and held the whistle against her lips with the other. Kise and Aomine were the starters, as the others got in their position. The volleyball players took a break and decided to watch the game.
[Tsk.. I'm sure he will fail.]
Viko thoughts flooded through his brain, not noticing that the basketball almost hit him if someone did not stop it. He went wide eyed and saw Akashi holding the ball while looking down at the brown headed male.
"Hm, pay attention or else I won't catch it for you." Viko couldn't help but have a small blush come apon his cheeks. He thought it was.. attractive on what the red headed basketball player said. He looked over to Hinata who shot the ball into the hoop, also getting a 3 pointer.
