Yesmeen
"In just two days of my arrival, I found out that my friends Ameera and Yusrah were also back. We're staying in different apartments now.

Amira is a shy and quiet girl, especially in public. She's actually dating Yusrah's brother, but I don't know his name yet.

On the other hand, Yusrah is the total opposite. She loves to talk non-stop and is carefree, just like me. We have so much in common!

Speaking of classes, it's not easy, but I'm actually happy about it. It was mine and Ammar's dream. He wants me to become an architect. Some might think it's a boring course or that it's meant for men, but I don't care. I want to pursue it and fulfill our dream.

Ammar promised me that he would become a medical doctor. I just pray that wherever he is, he finds that job and succeeds.

As I smile to myself, holding our pictures in my hand, I can't help but think about how we were just kiddos back then. Wherever you are now, Ammar, I hope happiness finds you there.

Suddenly, a loud knock on the door startles me. "Will you come and open the damn door?" I hear Yusrah's voice. That crazy girl always keeps us on our toes.

I quickly place the pictures back in their spot and make my way to the door. As I open it, I see Yusrah with boxes all over her hands and Ameera smiling behind her. It's so good to be reunited with them.

As I shift a little bit letting them in
What's all these?I mumbled closing the door"

Help me get them into the room first
I just nod my head as we packed almost all the boxes inside my room."

"So what's cooking girl?
We are moving here I heard Ameera voice

"Are you guys freaking serious ?I said my eyes lighten a bit with happiness as I both squeeze them into my arms hugging them very tightly

"Oh my Allah girls I'm so happy. I love you,I love you
Oh hey miss please get us something to eat first! I am so ravenous yussy said walking her self to the kitchen."

"I just shook my head .Amirah how far always cool right ,She just smile and walk behind me seeing what this girl is about to do.

"She's taking my last nuttela my momma
What the hell yussy?taking my last thing."

Yes" so
Oh my god !wait I will get you your thing don't kill me Amee yaya is here right please plead with him to come over at night so he could take us to shopping maybe I can get this nuttela for this girl."

"I smile don't worry I don't want it anymore."
"we need to get some groceries don't forget I see everything's here is empty."

"Yeah that's right! I pressed my lips looking at her
so Ameera dial his number after three rings she signal us that he picked up,I don't know what they talk about but he told her that she should get ready.

"So since around that time after we prayed magrib I change my clothes into grey jeans and white tank top putting on black jacket scanning into my clothes shelves I find out a matching veil and wrapped around. Finally I will get to see this my inlaw that you have been hiding for years I joke while Ameerah chuckled."

As her phone started ringing, she exclaimed, "I think he's here!" and quickly sprayed her perfume. "Please, Yesmeen, go to him since you're done. He doesn't like waiting," she pleaded.

"You're crazy! How do you expect me to go to his place? Besides, he doesn't even know me," I mumbled, sliding my debit card into my bag.

"Oh God, Yesmeen, please! He really doesn't like waiting at all," she said again.

"Just tell him that we're getting ready," Yusrah exclaimed.

"I hope your brother is a nice person," I mumbled, walking towards the exit.

"He's super nice, don't worry."

I walked out of my apartment building, and there it was, a white BMW X6 parked outside. The tinted windows prevented me from seeing who was inside. My heart started racing as I placed my hand on my chest.

Approaching the car, I knocked on the window, unsure of who was behind me. As I turned around, a strong gust of wind blew, causing my veil to fall over his face and my hair to cover mine. My heart raced even faster as I caught a whiff of his captivating cologne.

His hand gently touched my hair, causing butterflies to flutter inside me. I blinked my eyes and closed them again as he pushed my hair back and wrapped my veil around me.

The moment our eyes met, my heart pounded in my chest. Just like him, he exclaimed, "YOU!" He pushed me back, giving me a stern glare.

"What brought you to my girlfriend's place?" he asked.

"Oh, hey mister, just stop it, okay? Let me ask you this: what brought you to my apartment?" I retorted.

So, this is Yussy's brother? Quite a rude person, huh?

"Last time I checked, your name isn't written on the apartment, or maybe your name is 'Apartment,' I guess," he replied.

"Oh, I see! You look like the apartment, that's why you resemble each other," he sarcastically remarked.

"One more word and I'll break your bones into pieces. Please, carry your legs and walk out of here before I call security," I gritted my teeth, challenging him.

"I won't mind if you break it. Just call security right now, please. Or do you want me to help you?" He countered.

"I hate you," I muttered through clenched teeth. "It's not like I like you either," he retorted.

"Hey, hey! Guys!" Ameerah interrupted, walking towards us with her innocent smile. "I wonder how he got such a nice and innocent girlfriend."

"Yes, someone not like you," he muttered before I realized how loudly I said it.

He smiled at her. "Sorry, I was just getting ready, so I asked her to come and meet you since I know you don't like waiting. She's also a friend of mine."

"Oh, nice!" he faked a smile. "It's nice to meet you. What's your name?" he smirked, looking at me. I ignored him, turning my face to the other side, and I could hear him warning Yusrah just because she didn't greet him.

"Suit yourself. Let's get going, Yesmeen," Yusrah said, taking hold of my hand, which made the annoying monster turn his head immediately. I shot him a glare. "I'd rather walk than enter this jerk's car."

"I'm not going anymore!" I whipped my head in her direction, looking at her.

"Why? Please come with us," Yusrah pleaded.

"Since she isn't coming, just let her be," he exclaimed.

I rolled my eyes and walked away, heading back to my apartment. I changed my clothes, cooked noodles, and ate while watching my favorite TV show. Then, when Isha was called, I prayed and ended up scrolling through my phone.

So, when they came back, they just felt like killing me, but who cares? Not me, of course. The next day, we went to school, and Alhamdulillah, everything is going well.

Please show some love❤️✨
