"Where are we going exactly?" I questioned from the back seat of the old, blue car. Steve was driving with Sam in the passenger seat while Bucky and I sat in the back.

"To see a friend." Steve answered, pulling the car into an underpass where there was a black war waiting. Steve parked and got out, along with the person in the black car. It was the blonde girl from the Counter Terrorist Centre.

"Not sure you understand the concept of a getaway car." She said, closing the car door and walking to her trunk. I don't trust her. Hell, I don't trust anyone. But it looks like Steve trusts her, so I let it slide.

"It's low profile." He answered, walking to where she was standing.

"Good, because this stuff tends to draw a crowd." She opened the back of her car. Inside laid Steve's red, white, and blue shield and uniform, Sam's falcon suit, and all my stuff.

"Can you more your seat up?" Bucky asked nicely to Sam who was staring at Steve and the girl.

"No." He answered sternly.

What an idiot. All these two do is fight and it drives me insane.

"Scarlett, can you trade me seats?" Bucky then asked me.

"Sure." I said, not wanting to start a fight. I got out of the car and got in on the other side. Sam's seat was really far back, almost touching my knees, but I ignored it.

"Thank you Sharon." Steve said to the girl. They stared at each other then leaned in closer and closer and finally closed the gap between their lips.

Oh Goodness.

Ew

I was disgusted, but apparently Sam and Bucky were interested. They nodded their heads and smirked.

"You guys are so weird." I commented as Steve and Sharon pulled away from their kiss. Sharon got back into her car and Steve looked back to see Sam and Bucky still smirking like dorks. He gave them the 'really guys' look and then grabbed all the gear out of Sharon's car and put them in the back of ours.

"So..." Steve said, getting back into his driver's seat, "You guys saw that."

"Yup." Sam answered right away.

"You're like a hundred years older than her, you know?" I said, giving him a judgemental stare.

I woke up to the sound of the old car's engine giving out.

"We're here." Steve said, parking the car terribly in a parking garage. A couple spaces away from a large white van with covered windows.

"Cap." I man with a weird, spikey haircut said to Steve as he got out of the car.

"You know I wouldn't have called if I had any other choice." Steve said, shaking his hand.

"Hey man, you're doing me a favor. Besides, I owe a debt." He turned around to face a girl with long brown hair and looked about the same age as me. She was wearing a short purple skirt with a black zip-up jacket.

"Thanks for having my back." Steve thanked the girl.

"It was time to get off my butt."

"How about our other recruit?"

"He's rarin' to go," He said walking over to the side door and sliding it open. "Put a little coffee in him, but he should be good." Inside the van there was a man laying across the front row of the vehicle. He jolted awake at the sound of the door slamming open. I assumed at this man was Scott Lang, the shrinking dude Sam told us about.

"Uh. What time zone is this?" Scott said to Clint.

"Come on." Clint said, pushing the half asleep man towards us, "Come on."

"Captain America," Scott said shocked, shaking Steve's hand way too vigorously.

"Mr. Lang." Steve replied.

"It's an honor... I'm shaking your hand too long. Wow! This is awesome. Captain America." He said, finally letting go of his hand. He turned around to the girl, "I know you, too. You're great." He took an excited breath, admiring Steve in all his righteous, muscular glory. "Jeez. Ah, look, I wanna say, I know you know a lot of super people, so... thanks for thinking of me. Hey, man!" He then said to Sam.

"What's up, Tic Tac?"

"Uh, good to see you. Look, what happened last time when I..." Scott started to say nervously.

"It was a great audition, but it'll... it'll never happen again." Sam interrupted. I am utterly confused but also curious on what happened at this so called 'audition'.

"They tell you what we're up against?" Steve added.

"Something about some psycho assassins?" Scott answered.

Was he talking about Bucky and I? Are their assassins on the other team? Wait, what happened to Will?'

"We're outside the law on this one. So if you come with us, you're a wanted man."

"Yeah, well, what else is new?"

"We should get moving." Bucky yelled, leaning on the car.

"We got a chopper lined up." Clint said. Then the airport speakers came on, speaking is german.

"They're evacuating the airport." I translated for them.

"Stark."

"Stark?" Scott questioned. He obviously hasn't had much experience with this kind of stuff.

"Suit up." Steve ordered. "Sam, Bucky, and Scarlett in terminals. Wanda and Clint on parking deck. And Scott... you'll be on my shield."

"Huh?"
