Mia'pov

"Mia darling you have to wake up,we have a very long day ahead of us."Maria says while slowly rocking me awake,"Morning."I greet with my morning breath.

"The doctor's appointment is in less than an hour,we need to get going."She says while walking towards the blinds,"I've already put in some water in the bath for you and I have breakfast ready downstairs."

I throw the duvet to the side before searching for my morningslippers with my feet,"Thank you Maraia."

She gives a warm smile,"No problem love,come down stairs once you're done with your bath."

"I will."I respond before she walks out.

After finding my slippers,I put them on and make the bed before heading towards the closest to pick my outfit for the day,I take out my grey sweat pants with an oversized white hoddie and some white sneakers.

"Are you done eating?"Paula asks entering the kitchen.

"Mia!"Paula exclaims and I jump in my chair,"I asked you a question."

"Huh?"

"Are you okay?"She asks a hint of concern evident in her tone,"Umm yeah I'm fine."

"No you're not,what's wrong?"She asks while pulling out a chair,"I'm scared Paula."I say and a tear involuntarily rolls down face,"Why?"

"I don't know maybe it's the fact that I have to go back to Rafeal house today."Ever since Maria informed me that we will be going to Rafeal's house I've been having flashbacks of all the horrible memories I have in that house,"You don't have ti be afraid he won't be there,Rafeal is in jail and that is where he will stay for a very long time."Paula says while pulling me in for hug,"You're right,I have nothing to be afraid of.There is a lot of evidence that proves that Rafeal is gulity."

"And plus my mother and I will be  there with you the whole time."She says with a smile and I nod,"Girls let's go."Maria says while already walking towards the door digging for something in her black leather side bag.

"Anderson."The receptionist calls out,"Yes?"

"The doctor is ready for you."She says with a smile,"Thank you I say while standing up."Maria grabs my hand stopping me from walking any further,"Would you like us to go in with you?"She asks,"I would really like that."

We reach the consultation room and I have a deep inhale of breathe,"Its okay."Paula says,"Let's go in."Maria says while opening the door for us,"Aa Mrs.Delrato  I've been expecting you."The doctor says with a smile,"Hello doctor,this is my daughter Paula and my other daughter Mia."Maria says and I feel all warm inside.Maria is honetly like the mother I never had,"Hello."Paula greets.

"Hello Doctor."I say with a smile,"Do you know how far along you are?"He asks,"Umm no."

"Oh okay,please lay down right here for me."He says while putting on his white hand gloves,"Now this is going to feel a little cold."He says while putting a jell like liquid on my belly,"Ms.Paula please turn the light off for me."

"Thank you,now please focus on the screen."He says while tracing along my belly with a white instrument.

"Here is baby A's head."He says and my heart melts at the thought of becoming a mother,I have already told myself that I will love this child and I will not let my baby suffer for Rafeal's sins.

"And...if you look down here you will see baby B's feet."I abruptly pick my upper body off the bed,"Baby what?!"

"Congratulations Ms.Anderson you are having twins!"
