The date

Hey again! Chapter two is finally here! I'm going try and post two chapters each day. Finishing one, then starting the other. I'm not trying to change the story. To me I'm just making it a way that I want to see it in. Remember to comment! Like and send it to your friends! It helps me out more than you know.

~Edward's P.O.V~

I couldn't believe that I had gotten the girl I had just met and just started having feelings for go out with me. She was so cute. And she is really good at controlling her anger. She was my perfect little angle. As I was thinking I realized it was already time to go to school. I would get to see her again. I already couldn't wait.

The school day went by fast. I didn't get to sit next to Bella at lunch. Because she had promised her friends that she would sit with them. I was a little upset at first then I remembered our date. That made me perk up immediately.

"You seem awfully happy. Got a date with Bella?" Emmett teased.

"Actually, yes. I do." I hissed back at Emmett. Just then Bella looks back at us hearing what I said, and I heard her chuckle. It was as if the most beautiful music anyone could hear came out of her mouth.

I knew just hunting wouldn't win her over. I had a plan to amaze her. I was going to take her to my secret meadow. It was pretty much the only place that I could go to have some peace and quiet. I planned on making that Bella and mine's secret spot.

~Bella's P.O.V~

I was really excited for Edward and i's date. I knew he had planned to take me somewhere, but in his mind he to told me, 'stop searching. It's a surprise.' He then did my favorite smile. His crooked smile. It took my breath away as always.

I still couldn't believe that after only one day of school I had already found my mate. Just as I was thinking about this Alice had a vision. The good thing was that I knew what a vision was and also that it had a happy ending. The vision was about me and Edward. We are actually mates. This was the best thing I had ever heard!

The end of the day came. I was so elated for my date today. I ran home passing Charlie on my way up. I made my father an immortal so

1. I had an excuse to come to forks.

2. Because I wanted to be myself around him.

3. Because I love him. He's my dad.

"I see you can't take your eyes of Mr.Cullen over there." Jessica teased smiling wickedly at me.

I then realized that I had been staring and forgetting to breath and blink. I needed them to think I was human.

"Huh? Oh. Edward. Yeah. I guess so. We have a date tonight. I guess I also got lost in his eyes for a second." I regretted saying that last part.

"Bella's got a boyfriend! Bella's got a boyfriend!" Jessica kept teasing. It was amazing how she could be herself around me. Especially me. I did a little laugh. I then beard Edward sigh. He was staring at me and I was staring at him. We just sat like that the whole lunch. Pretty much not giving a care to the world. At least for the moment.

Then the bell signaling lunch over pulled us out of our gaze. I hopped up and carefully walked to my next class. Making sure to swing my hips just slightly. I could Edward staring at me as I walked away.

~Edwards P.O.V~

As the bell signaled us to get up, I watched Bella walk away. I could've sworn that she was swinging her hips in a seductive matter on purpose.

When I saw Bella walk out of gym, I walked over to her. I put my arm around her and it seemed like she didn't given notice. Until she put her hand on the one I had on her shoulder. That truly shocked me. She did a little laugh as she split to the opposite direction of me.

~Bella P.O.V~

Finally it was time for our date. I just couldn't wait! Since I found out that Edward is my true mate, I feel like I can tell him anything. I loved the thought of that. I also really wanted to show him all my powers. I think he'll like ice powers. I had something in store for him.

~At the meadow~

I couldn't believe what I was looking at. It was the single handed lay most beautiful thing I had ever laid my eyes on.

"Do you like it?" Edward asked.

"No." I replied. I saw his face quickly fall.

"I love it!" I said leaping at him so I could hug him.

"That was the worst joke." He said through his melodic laughter.

"I know." I said smiling wide. It seemed like it was my version of his crooked smile. It quickly took his breath away. I laughed.

"Edward?"

"Yes, Bella?

"I hope you don't mind me asking, but how did you get changed?" He paused for a moment before speaking.

Spanish influenza. 1918. The disease stuck in Chicago causing my family and me to get the illness. My father had already died. Carlisle my adopted father was my family's doctor at the time. Before my mom died she asked Carlisle to do whatever he could to save me. He bit me that night. Now here I am. Standing in front of the most beautiful person I have ever seen." When he finished his story I blushed. Not from the sad parts but from the last part.

"So, since I told you how I was turned now it's your turn. If you want I mean." He said.

"Okay. Fine. I was in England. I was out camping with my best friend, Brittany. She said she was going to go fishing for a little bit. Knowing how much I hate sports and doing them, she told me I could stay at the campsite. As soon as she was gone I heard a twig snap. I got up to go check it out. Then I saw something blur past me. Knowing now that it was a vampire. They smelled my blood. They were against killing. The vampire said to me 'one little sip. I promise.' He then sank his teeth into my neck pinning my arms down so couldn't escape. He took one sip as he promised. Then he left me. He then went after Brittany. Not sparing her life like mine. I had to get out of England. Knowing that my past would haunt me and knowing how much light was in England. So I came to forks. I turned my mom and dad immortal so I could always have them in my life." As I finished my story I felt Edward staring at me. Disbelief was spread all across his face. He believed me. I knew that much. He just felt sad for me.

"Wow. I'm sorry Bella. I promise I won't bring it up again."

"Edward, it's fine. Truly." I was sincere.
