It was around 10pm
I had calmed down a bit from earlier and I was watching youtube on the tv in the living room with Ranboo
"Hey, Jax?" I ask and look over at him
"Yeah, what's up?" He responds, turning his attention away from the screen
"Thanks for earlier, I know that I can be really emotional and stuff.."
"No problem! It's perfectly fine, I'm so sorry that happened to your dad. And it's fine to be emotional, you feel how you feel and you can't change that"
I smile at his reassuring words "You're a really good friend" (AN: Damn, they just kinda friend zoned him doe-)
"Of course, Willow"
Not long after we hear footsteps entering the living room
"Hey Willow, how are you doing?" Niki asks sweetly
"I'm alright, feeling a bit better. Clay said that dad is gonna be alright so that's good" I say as I pause the video playing
"That's good" She gives me a hug from behind the couch
"We're gonna go to the store to get the supplies for tomorrow, would you two like to come?" Wilbur asks
That's when I look behind me and see that everyone but Phil and Techno were going
"You seem to already have a lot of people" I laugh
"I'm fine with staying home" Ranboo says
"Same here"
"Alright, see you guys later. Text us if you need anything" And with that they all left
*Time skip brought to you by dare I hit the whip and nae nae for a moment*
Days remaining of the meetup: 3 D:
"I wanna dooooo somethinggggg" I whine
"Well it's almost midnight, what can we do?" Ranboo asks
"I don't know, lemme look something up"
Things to do at midnight with your best friend I searched
1. Stargazing
2. Build a fort
3. Cook something
4. Karaoke
"Hmmm, karaoke?" I suggest
"Do you think Phil and Techno would mind?"
"Ehhhh, it's fineeeee" I get off the sofa, Ranboo following me and we go into my room and put a karaoke video in the tv
"What song first?" I ask
He snickers "Sweater Weather?"
"Hell yeah" I search Sweater Weather and the first few beats begin
We didn't have microphones, or a karaoke machine at that. We just used hairbrushes and it felt real enough.
I tried not to show my real singing voice much, kinda like Quackity, but for some reason I really wanted to today so I gave it all I had
Jaxon's voice with mine just sounded so perfect together. It was really weird. I felt like my voice was better whenever it was mixed with his instead of being alone. I suppose that's our friendship anyways, we both like being with each other than without.
"Cause it's to cold, it's too co-old, cold for a sweater~" We finish the song together
"Dude, you're voice is literally so amazing" I say
