Chapter six.

another thing i wanted to mention, anyone from the dream smp that are in these chapters, dream didn't meet from streaming! they're irl friends in this story :]

ray and dream walked back to the room where everyone was dancing and having random conversations.

"so, you didn't tell me you liked guys" dream says to ray.

"well we haven't seen each other in a while and i never found the right time to do it over messages, and seriously, how many people here do you think are actually straight?" ray answers laughing.

before dream could respond, a boy walks up to them. he had black hair and was a little shorter than both ray and dream.

"hey, sorry to interrupt, do either of you know where george is?" the new boy asks.

"last time i seen him, he was downstairs in the main room. that was around 10 minutes ago." dream answers.

"okay, thank you" the boy replies smiling and walks towards the downstairs.

"holy shit, who was that!?" dream turns to ray.

"i'm not completely sure. i know george said he was bringing a friend so that's probably him. i don't know his name though." ray answers

"he's cute."

"you literally just got out of a relationship, dream. are you sure about that?" ray says

"well, it won't hurt to get his number, would it?"

"no, it wouldn't, but you've never been the type to just ask for someone's number." ray replies.

"maybe the breakup gave me confidence" dream says, laughing more than he should.

"then go for it" ray says

"but what if he likes george? or if they're dating?"

"i don't know. i can go find out for you!" ray offers.

"okay" dream says while ray goes towards the downstairs.

-still 3rd person pov, but it's about ray-

ray walks down the stairs and goes in the main room, looking at everyone to find george. it shouldn't be that hard to find a 5'9 british boy, wearing a blue shirt, black pants, and clout goggles.

finally ray found him and walked up to him.

"hey george!" ray says

"hey! i haven't seen you today" george says laughing

"quick question, what's your relationship with the guy you brought?" ray asks

"he's a friend, nothing more" george answers

"does he like anyone right now? and what's his sexuality?"

"what are you doing? are you writing a book?" george laughs

"dude answer the questions"

"okay, okay. he hasn't talked about a partner or if he's crushing on anyone, and he's gay." george answers

"okay, that's all i needed to know."

ray walks back upstairs and finds dream.

"he's single and he likes dudes." ray says

"good. did you find out if he's into george? or if george is into him?" dream asks

"i don't think either of them are into each other, george didn't make it obvious." ray replies.
