chapter thirteen.

the kiss lasted a while, sapnap pulls back

"i thought you didn't wanna do that" sapnap says

"i said we shouldn't. not that i didn't want to" karl says, leaning on sapnaps chest.

"fair" sapnap replies and puts his arms around karl.

"when will dream be back?" karl asks

"no idea"

"are you gonna tell him about this?" karl questions

"i don't really know if we should. i mean, we both like him and he knows we do. i think we should let him figure it out first." sapnap says.

"okay"

"what would you think of a polyamorous relationship?" karl asks.

sapnap thinks for a moment.

"maybe"

"i don't even know why i suggested that- we don't even know eachother" karl says

"no, we don't know eachother. but i know enough about you to know you're really good for dream and i just want him to be happy with whoever he ends up with. and if it means you and him in a relationship, then i'll be happy for you two. and if it means all three of us eventually, i'm okay with that too" sapnap says

"okay. you're a good kisser"

"oh- thank you?" sapnap questions

they both hear karls phone ringing from upstairs in dreams room.

sapnap takes his arms off of karl and lets him go upstairs.

karl gets to dreams room and reads his phone "dream<3 is calling"

he quickly answers it, "hii"

"hey, is there anything you and sapnap want from the store?" dream asks

"umm i don't want anything but i can ask him hold on" karl replies.

dream doesn't say anything and hears movement from karls end of the call and assumed he was going down the stairs.

a few moments go by and karl speaks up again, "no, neither of us want anything"

"okay!" dream says

"also, when are you coming back? you've been gone for a while" karl asks

"no clue! bye!" dream says and hangs up.

"what the-? okay?" karl says, turning his phone off.

"that was weird" he says to sapnap

karl sits beside sapnap and leans his head on sapnaps shoulder.

"what should we do? i'm bored." sapnap asked

"uhh i dunno"

"truth or dare?" sapnap suggested

karl didn't say anything, remembering kissing dream during the t or d in the last chapter.

finally he spoke up, "sure. let's do it in the floor"

they both god off the couch and sat across from eachother.

"so, truth or dare karl?"

"dare" karl replied

"i dare you to..... tell me about your first kiss."

"okay, it was in my exs bedroom and i dunno it just kinda happened?" karl says

"okayy ask me" sapnap says

"truth or dare?"

"dare!"

"i dare you to try to turn me on. but you have to be physical" karl says.

"what? what if dream comes back?" sapnap asks

"fine. lemme think."

"actually... we can keep going with these type of questions. but wait for dream to come back. he can join." sapnap suggests

"okay!"

they both get on the couch and wait.
