dream wakes up and notices he's in the bed beside karl.

he wants to stay, but he remembered sapnaps downstairs.

he gets up, carefully. he didn't wanna wake karl up.

he makes his way downstairs where he sees sapnap sitting up on the couch he slept on.

"morning!" dream says.

sapnap looks to the bottom of the stairs where dream was, "morning"

"you sound upset, what's up?" dream says, sitting down beside sapnap.

"do you like karl?" sapnap asks, immediately regretting it.

"i don't really know" dream says, truthfully.

"is there even a small chance you like me?" sapnap asks

"yes, of course i like you." dream replies.

sapnap doesn't say anything. instead he just nods.

"who decided for karl to sleep in my room?" dream asks

"me" sapnap replies

"why?"

"because he likes you. i mean so do i, but he makes it obvious" sapnap says

"if you like me, whyd you let him do what you wanted?" dream asks

"because i seen him touching you. and i seen him being extremely happy when he was close to you." sapnap says.

"we didn't .. we didn't do anything sexual when we were alone" dream says

"that's surprising. is he awake?" sapnap replies

"no, he wasnt when i woke up"

"okay." sapnap says and gets on his phone

dream gets up and walks to the kitchen.

he opens the fridge and realizes he has barely anything. "perfect" he thinks. remembering the messages with ray the night beforehand.

he walks back to the living room.

"i'm going to the store" dream says, walking towards the door.

"do you just want us to stay here or-?" sapnap says, getting cut off by dream.

"yup, tell him where i went when he gets up." dream says, leaving.

"okay.." sapnap says, knowing dream cant hear him.

sapnap continues watching tv.

"good morning!" karl says, doing down the stairs.

"morning! when did you wake up?" sapnap says

"just now, where's dream?" karl asks

"he went to the store about 10 minutes ago" sapnap answers.

"okay" karl says, sitting beside sapnap.

"can we talk?" sapnap asks, facing karl

"mhm"

"do you like dream?" sapnap asks

karl nods

"do you think he would date you again?" sapnap asks

karl shakes his head. "i hurt him last time, i don't think he would wanna deal with me again."

"what happened last time?"

"i kissed his best friend" karl says. a tear falling.

"hey, hey don't cry. don't cry." sapnap says, hugging the other and letting him rest his head on sapnaps chest.

"why are you helping me? don't you like him?" karl asks

"i do. but it doesn't matter." sapnap says.

"you know, you're really pretty." karl says, looking up at sapnap.

sapnap doesn't say anything.

"sorry sor-" karl tries to apologize.

"thank you" sapnap interrupts.

karl wipes the tears from his face

sapnap moves karl back to his chest and both boys smile.

"you are too" sapnap says, kissing karls forehead quickly.

"we shouldn't do that" karl says

"i know"

karl raises his head again and kisses sapnaps lips.
