Kill the Night

Third-person
    Athena was making breakfast for the family when Bobby walked in, kissed her on the cheek, and said good morning. Bobby got a cup of coffee and helped Athena with the rest of breakfast and the kids came in when they started smelling the bacon. They got what they wanted to drink and sat down at the table. Athena asked if they were doing anything fun today and May said she had a couple of tests and Harry is going on a field trip to the zoo. They finished their breakfast and Bobby told Harry to get their stuff ready since he was taking them to school today. May went to get her bag and car keys and waited for them at the door. Everyone was walking out of the door and May and Harry said bye to Athena and she was on her way to work. Athena just got to work and went into the locker room and got ready for her shift. Once she was done she went to see where she was working today and she saw that she was working the streets today. She grabbed a cup of coffee before she went to her car.

Athena
    I  just got into the squad car and turned on my radio. I turned the car on and opened the computer and logged in so the 9-1-1 team knew I was ready to take some calls. I pulled out of the parking lot and started driving around the neighborhoods checking everything out. I heard my radio go off, police assistance at gas station #34. robber in the process.... need medical assistance robber fell through the ceiling. I marked myself and turned my lights on and made my way towards gas station 34. When I got there I saw truck 118 arrive the same time I did. I got out of my car and met up with Bobby and we walked into the station and saw the robber laying on the ground in pain and the owner was over the person with a bat in his hand. I told him to put the bat down and he did and he and I walked away from the scene and I asked him what happened. I asked to see his security cameras and it showed me everything the lady did and I said thank you to the owner and walked away. I went up to the lady and handcuffed her to the stretcher and told her that she was under arrest. She tried telling us that it was the owner that broke in and I said
there were cameras and that shut her up so fast.
Once the ambulance left I said bye to Bobby and saw that Eddie and Buck were fighting so I left it. It's been a quiet day with just a few tickets so I went and had lunch with May.

    May
After I finished my last text I saw that mom texted me asking if she wanted to have lunch and I said yes. She texted me saying she was going to pick me up today. The bell rang and I walked outside and saw mom's police car waiting for me and she asked how long I would have before I would need to get back and I said I needed to be back by 12:25. We stopped at this sandwich place down the road from the school. We got our food and mom asked us how my test went and I told her that they were easy. She told me she was working a double shift and that I and Harry needed to go to dad tonight. I said ok and she asked if I was ready to go and I said yes. We got back into the car and made our way back to the school. The said

And got out of the car and told her to have a good shift.

Third-person
    Athena heard back to the station to do some paperwork since nothing was going on the streets. She finished her paperwork and saw that it was already 8 and went out to her car and went to get some food but before she got there she got a call.  car #727 neighborhood disturbance. medical already on site. She saw that it was 5 min so she turned her lights on and made her way towards the house. She pulled up and saw the 118 waiting by the truck.

Athena
    I got out of the car and met up with some other cops. They were by 118 so they wouldn't be by the house. I gave Bobby a hand squeeze before he went over to Hen and chimney and I started making my way towards the house and I started knocking on the door. I heard Eddie and buck yelling and I couldn't hear anything from the house so I backed up and turned towards them and said
shut up.
I turned back towards the house and the next thing I know is I'm on the ground.

Bobby
    We got a call to this house and we pulled up and were told by some cops that we needed to wait here. I looked up and saw that Athena was talking to the cops and she came over to me and said hi and made a plan for when they got inside. I squeezed her on the hand before she went up to the door. I walked over to Hen and Chimney and they were talking about the last call that happened. We were in a deep conversation and I heard athena tell Eddie and buck to shut up And then I heard a
BANG!
