Restoring Justice provides holistic criminal defense representation to community members facing charges in Harris County, Texas. We accept representation on a case-by-case basis, taking into account a wide-range of factors including the nature of the charge, adequacy of current legal representation, and the availability of our staff and resources.
To qualify for Restoring Justice's services, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Be indigent and currently represented by private, court-appointed counsel (not the Public Defender's Office); and
2. Have a pending, active criminal case in Harris County. We do not handle
post-conviction cases and are currently not accepting cases outside of Harris County.
If you meet this criteria, please fill out the form below or call us Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 832-703-4660. Our Client Coordinator will respond to your request, document your request and information, and ensure your eligibility for our services is evaluated. If we are unable to assist you, we will do our best to refer you to other service providers.
