Incense appreciation banquets were rare and exquisite, only being held by the richest and the most powerful of the aristocratic officials that clutched the reins of either military or commanded huge resources and respect from scholars above skies.

The reason was simple, because an Incense appreciation banquet was a pure display of one's wealth and the connections thus palace spies usually reported the events of the ceremony to the emperor, if anything went out of place it would cause the heavenly monarch to be wary of the family at the end being leading to the doom.

In the era of tiger, governed by King Heun, the emperor father of King Alexander it was made necessary that one royal member of direct descent from the previous monarch would attend such ceremonies thus Princess Quare did not had any choice but to come with First lady of Daxtros, Princess Nevix.

'Serenity' was a tremendously huge banquet arranged by Prime Minister Zhan's beloved daughter, Cecelia exclusively for women thus they had to comply and come to mingle with one another, appreciating the Jade silverworth, a tree grown once in thousand years, in the alpine regions of the nine step mountains with an aroma so miraculous that can even cure a dying patient and help release toxins from one's body making them healthy once again.

The Prime Minister had acquired thirteen small fragments of the Jade silverworth and gave seven of them to Cecelia and his official wife Madam Murem thus determining their unparalleled status in the mansion, elevating the mother daughter pair even higher than before.

"One has heard Madam, that your daughter has the eldest sect leader as her master, Young lady Cecelia has always been talented, even countess Cinthia and Countess Jillian had to put a lot of effort to become students of the eldest master."

Earlier Lady Mevin the youngest concubine of Prime Minister Zhan's manor behind Madam Murem guided Nevix personally to the middle where a single fragment of incense was kept in a lotus pot made of gold where Princess Quare and several of young maidens were encircling in a clique discussing Lady Lilith.

"It seemed that she is a witch that has enchanted the general or this one remembers very well Cece that General Azarios treated you so well." Lady Juhian whispered making Cecelia giggle softly.

"Don't say such words Hian." The ladies chatted with Princess Quare who smiled from time to time.

"Her Highness Nevix your beauty is unparalleled, we official daughters cannot even compare." Lady Juhian said to Nevix for her to only nod once coldly making the woman's fist clench yet she dared not act rashly infront of an imperial guest.

The way princess Nevix carried herself and the majestic aura around her made every single woman present pale in comparison, the beauty was legendary with her fairy like appearance and despite being a general her refined manners made other young ladies no where near her station, many were wary of even approaching the royal guest of Daxtros.

Yet the moment a woman in blood red gown entered, the entire hall quieted down, It was as if the soft colors she wore previously was to disguise her oppressive mannerisms yet now all sense of cordiality was shred and facades were dropped at this moment as if the breeze whispering in air.

Seemingly the young lady of Prime minister mansion looked as if she had eaten soil, it was her first time witnessing the jaded diamond on the sword of General Azarios, his official wife General lady Lilith and the way her presence overpowered every single person.

Who said that this woman belonged to the countryside? This woman was surely a purple blooded noble with grace engraved deep in her bones, even princess Quare looked crude and simple infront of her. The silence turned to whispers and talks and many came forward to greet the woman yet neither of the hosts welcomed her.

"Madam Murem, this one hopes that your mansion prospers with happiness and joy." Lilith made her way to Madam Murem who was dressed in peach embroidery clothes with pearls decorating her hair that she was boasting about some time ago and was startled for a second before displaying a stiff smile.
