CHAPTER NINE

"Hello everyone and welcome, today we'll be talking with one of your favorites, Collateral damage." Exclaimed the interviewer as the camera moved towards us.

The interviewer sat in an armchair on the right side, while we sat on a sofa on the left side.

"Hi everyone." Yelled Nikolai, while I and Kristina laughed and said the same.

"So, most important question, how are you guys liking Rotterdam so far?" She asked, she had a lovely face and a very pretty smile.

"It is great, we are loving it" answered Kristina while Nikolai continued "You guys have great clubs too."

"Glad to hear you guys are having fun here, so how are the rehearsals going, the fans are going crazy every time you post a clip without any audio." She laughed.

"They're great, we love working with everyone and everyone is amazing, and we swear guys the waiting is worth it." I laughed at the end as I turned my head towards the camera.

"I'm sure it is, you guys are some of the fans' favorites, how do you feel about that? Are you guys nervous or excited?"

The three of us gave different answers at the same time, I said nervous, Nikolai excited, and Kristina both.

The interviewer laughed and said, "Well there are expectations, do you guys think you'll live up to them?"

"I sure hope we do." I said with a nervous laugh.

"We follow you guys on Instagram and the other contestants, it's nice to see everyone hyping each other up. You guys, in particular, have been hanging with Måneskin."

This time Kristina answered, "Yes we have, they are amazing and nice." Nikolai continued "Their music is amazing too." And I finished "We can't wait to see them perform." As I smiled.

"You guys looked like you had a lot of fun last night, especially you Kristina and Damiano." Smiled the interviewer.

"He is a great dance partner I have to admit" laughed Kristina as she answered.

"And you Nikolai were breaking some killer dance moves." The interviewer said.

"Glad to see my killer moves being appreciated." He said as he did a fake hair flip and sent a wink at the interviewer.

"Oo, such a charmer," she said and smiled while I, through a fake cough said, "you mean himbo."

Nikolai sent me a glare but he couldn't keep a serious face and he started laughing, followed by all of us.

"And you Evangelina," she said through a smirk "were hanging out with another drummer, right?"

"Well yes." I said with a nervous laugh, thanking God again for this full coverage foundation, feeling my face heat up.

"What the fans want to know is was the hanging out friendly, or maybe something more." Through a smile.

'Fuck' I thought to myself but decided that wasn't a very good reply so I replied "No guys, we have only known each other for two days, we are only friends."

I thought I had gotten myself out of the situation until Kristina and Nikolai both said in union "So far."

"Ooo, well," the interviewer said as she turned towards the camera, "we will keep you updated on more news on Collateral damage, until then bye." With a smile to which we also yelled "Goodbye."
