They both agreed on their deal.George walked towards y/n and untied her rope.She quickly removed it and got up.She rubbed her arms and flexed and unlfexed her fists.He just looked at her with his hands in his pockets and escorted her outside.She was about to walk away when George grabbed her arm not harshly but it was enough to stop her
"You tell anyone about this or try to leave"he paused and came closer to her ear
"I'll make your life hell"he whispered
She wasn't scared of him so she looked Him in the eye and said"it already is"
And with that she simply left not turning back at all.She could feel his gaze on her,the smirk on his face she could feel everything.Here life shattered into more pieces that no one could ever tape back again.She had to marry him for Tommy's and his family's sake.She couldn't let them die.They all meant so much to her.
She was deep in her thoughts when she bumped into someone.She was about to fall but strong arms grabbed her.
"Steady steady"the familiar voice said
She quickly looked up to see Tommy looking at her.She quickly stood back up and straightened her dress.Tommy looked at her with confusion
"You are in the same dress you wore last night where were you?"he said looking at her with confusion
"Tommy I gotta go"y/n said not being in the mood to explain
He grabbed her arm and brought her back In front of him.He looked into her eyes
"Where were you?"he asked again but this time not that politely
"Why does it bother you eh?I can go wherever I want to go and why do people have a problem with that!?"She said in pure anger like she was frustrated and tired
Tommy could see the look on her face.She looked like she was hiding something.She looked exhausted and tired
"Now if you don't mind Tommy I have work to do"she said getting past him.No one ever talked to him like that no one.But she was so different.Tommy was worried about her.He could read her face easily and he could see a hint of worry or maybe fear on her face.He would find out what was going on with her but for now he got off to his work too.
Y/n was at the verge of a breakdown.Her body would have given up any moment but her brain said no.Her will power said no.She got back to her house and went in her room for a shower.She went in her tub and closed her eyes.Everything was black.She had nothing to think about anymore.She had to Marry a guy she didn't even know.Her love got married.Everything was falling apart but she would keep up.She was stronger.Stronger than any other woman or man in front of her.She took a deep breath.She wrapped a towel around her body and stood in front of it.
"It's time to be fearless"she thought to herself
"I can and I will do this"she said again in her mind

It was the next morning and y/n was again in her office.She was marking some thing on a map.She was simply working.Her servant came in with mails and letters.
"Here you miss"the Servant said
"Thank you Pete"she said taking the large bundle
She went through the mails and letters.She let out a sigh while going through them.Her eyes then went on another red envelope.She looked at it and sighed.
"Not another one"she said while closing her eyes
She took the envelope and opened it.It was an invitation to a gala by the Shelby's.Y/n read through the invitation and then kept it on the table.She let out a frustrated groan and got up.She walked outside to the corridor and called for her housemaid
"Miss Eleanor!!!"she screamed
"Coming right there miss"she said while walking over to her
"How can I help?"she asked in her British accent
"Need a dress for a gala"she said sighing
She nodded and walked away.Y/n took a deep breath and rubbed her hands on her face.
"Okay"she breathed and walked over to her room to get ready.

It was 7:00 pm now and y/n was done with her hair and makeup.She opened her hair and put some small fake flowers on it.Her makeup was beautiful.It wasn't very dark it was natural.She decided to wear a white dress with puff sleeves and a cut in the middle (pic above).She looked gorgeous than any other person ever.It's was time to go now and she walked downstairs and walked over to her car.She got in and the driver drove off to the gala.

After a few minutes she reached there to see a large building adorned with lamps and flowers.People were walking In wearing tux and dresses.Y/n took a deep breath and walked in too.She walked in to see a beautiful hall with people crowded inside.Tables and chairs were all set up here and there.The decorations were gorgeous.Y/n walked through the crowd.Many men were drooling over her.
"Hey beautiful how you doing?"a man said
"Better than you"y/n said smiling and walking away.
Many other men tried to hit on her but she gave it back at them.She finally reached the corner to see John standing there.He looked over at her and his toothpick fell from his mouth.Y/n smiled and waved at him.He walked over to her in a fast pace
"How are you beautiful?"he said kissing her hand
"Good what about you?"y/n said smiling
"Don't ask I'm so fucking tired"he said sighing
"And I didn't see you for so long"he said smiling
"Come on let's go meet the others"he said dragging y/n while holding her hand.He took her to the corner of the room and she saw the whole Shelby family standing and talking there.Tommy looked over at her and his world stopped.He thought she looked beautiful.He smiled at her and she smiled back.They walked over to them and y/n greeted them all
"Hello there Arthur"she said to him as he was drooling all over her
"Hey"he said still being mesmerised like he was under some spell.Y/n laughed slightly and greeted the others too.She looked over at grace who was looking gorgeous
"Hello there y/n you look amazing"she said gasping
Y/n and grace were simple friends.She had no grudges against her and greeted her properly
"Hello grace you look mesmerising yourself"y/d said looking at her up and down and leaning on John's shoulder.Grace laughed and walked away as Tommy wanted to talk to her.Y/n simply smiled at them.Maybe she wasn't meant to be with Tommy.Maybe it was grace the whole time.Maybe she thought to herself.A few minutes past by and y/n met some new people and talked to them.Arthur and John joined her too and introduced her to some of their friends.They enjoyed each other's company and talked and laughed for a while.
"Wait so you've been shooting guns since you were 11?"y/n asked Arthur
"Mm hmm"he said nodding
"And you've been sleeping with women and dating them since 14?"she asked again
"Yup"he nodded with embarrassment
"I've seen many other women but not some like you"Arthur said smirking
Y/n laughed and punched him playfully.They were laughing for a while until a gunshot interrupted them.Y/n looked behind and ran to the sound of the voice
She pushed through the crowd and finally reached her destination to see grace on the floor bleeding.Her eyes grew wide and she looked at where the voice came from.John and Arthur were hitting the shooter.Y/n was still I shock.She ran towards her and fell on the floor.Tommy was looking at her with the same expression she had on her face.Horror.She ripped off a part of her dress and wrapped it around her wound.
"No no no grace!!!!"she screamed
"The wound is on her heart we have to get to the hospital"y/n said panicking
Tommy grabbed grace close to him but grace was just looking at y/n with tears in her eyes.She brought her hand up to y/n slightly and brought it to her cheek.
"Take care of Tommy y/n"she said
Y/n broke down in tears.She grabbed grace and lifted her up bridal style.Y/n was pretty strong and grace didn't weigh that much so she picked her up.
"Grace please keep your eyes open"y/n said crying
She reached to her car and was about to open the door but Tommy opened it quickly and ran over to the drivers seat.They both sat down and y/n held grace tight and placed her on the back seat.Tommy didn't even take a second to run the car and drove on the highest speed it could take.Y/n kept looking at grace on the back seat and kept tightening the cloth to stop the bleeding.
"Grace please keep up!!!"she screamed
"Tommy drive faster!!!"y/n screamed
"I'm trying !!!!"He screamed
They reached the hospital And y/n jumped out of the car and opened the door to grab grace.She opened the door and picked her up.She ran inside the hospital with her close In Her hands.She ran inside and some doctors and nurses were right outside.They looked at the y/n and grace in her hands.They grabbed a bed and placed grace on it.They quickly took her away to the operation center and grace was on the bed looking at y/n.Y/n fell to the floor and put her hands on her mouth trying her best to keep up her tears and cries.Tommy reached inside and looked right at front.She stood back up and leaned against the wall.She closed her eyes and took deep breaths to calm herself down.Her dress was completely red now.Her hands were filled with her blood.She looked over at her side to see Tommy now gone nowhere to be seen in the hospital.Y/n said nothing and just stood there behind on the edge of a panic attack.A few minutes later and doctor came running outside.Y/n pushed herself off the wall and walked over to the doctor.
"How is she?"y/n asked with panic
"I'm sorry she couldn't make it"the doctor said
Y/n's world stopped.Her eyes grew wide and everything stopped functioning.Everything looked dark.Y/n's legs asked her to walk outside.She walked outside and fell on the floor.She wasn't even blinking anymore.Her body was not functioning anymore.She stood back up and walked at the back of the hospital to see Tommy on the floor sitting and looking at nothing.Y/n walked over to him her legs limp and ready to give up any Time.She fell beside him and her tears came out of her eyes.
"She's -y/n stopped and closed her eyes
"She's gone"she said with her voice breaking up
