Not a week has passed since my 16th birthday and I find myself walking into the main gate of St. Bathalomeow High School. The school is shaped like a cathedral,  completely whitewashed and those huge pillars force me to think what would happen if one falls on me😬. The gate opens up onto a huge hallway, which possibly is also the Assembly place.
Swarming children bustle across the place and it seems as if a herd of cows has just been set free.
I found my class 11D on the second floor and even before stepping I was welcomed by chants of "welcome freshie batli!!!", " @freshie_op into the class".

~Oo, its seems as if I forgot to give you an introduction.~ 😅

Myself, Siddharth (not Malhotra but...😒) Batliwala. I just passed my board exams with a 82% score but managed to get a sports scholarship and ofcourse an OBC quota to secure a seat in the prestigious St. Barthalomeow High School.😉
I am more into football than studies and perhaps, being the football team's captain in my previous school gave a little more advantage than being a parsi(batliwala=parsi=OBC).

~coming back to original storyline~

I hurriedly keep my bag in the first bench(it seemed as if it was kept for me purposely) and rush for the assembly to hide my  drooled face. Ah! What a start...........
