you walk up the stairs smiling, thinking about everything that just happened. you open to door and look to see ginny, luna, and hermione looking at you smiling. "soooo," ginny says excitedly.
"he asked me to go to the library with him tonight," you blurt. the three of them squeal and hug you.
"you have to tell us everything. oh and i'm so sorry, i had to tell hermione she was asking too many questions," ginny tells you after the hug. "it's okay i was going to tell her soon anyways," you reply.
you sit down with them and start from the beginning of potions class, talking through everything that happened. you tell them you have a feeling he likes you back from what he was doing, but are worried that he's just being friendly.
"oh come on. we saw you from across the room. you both were CLEARLY flirting with one another," ginny remarks. hermione adds in "yeah. have you seen the way he looks at you? he definitely doesn't view you as just a friend."
"okay. well that makes me feel so much better, but also a thousand times more nervous for tonight," you respond.
"don't worry, it'll be amazing. you have nothing to worry about. let's start getting you ready," luna reassures you.
luna is doing you hair, hermione is picking out jewelry, and ginny is finding different outfits for you to wear.
luna finishes you hair and ginny has laid out four outfits for you, you try each on.
