Heels clicking on the white marble
I walked forward
Signs on both sides
Telling me this is my path
The innocent me full of curiosity
Kept walking forward
Without questioning anything
The people around me smiled
Making me happy as well
With every step, I could feel the hollowness
But I ignored it because there were people surrounding me who were walking the same path
It made me feel relieved
Im not the only one
This is the way its supposed to be
Yes, this is how its supposed to be
Repeating that to myself endlessly
I ended up tripping
My heel broke
The people that once walked besides me
Were now ahead of me
As I stood there with my broken heel
Looking at the crack on the floor on which I had tripped
A mysterious light emitted from that hole
Without knowing, my hand reached out
Removing the tile, I gazed at another side of the world
Thinking the world was all white
I had long forgotten that these colours existed
My excited heart, reminded me of a feeling I never knew
Without knowing, my hand keeps moving forward
As if I could grab this light
But before I could touch it, it disappeared
A white tile once again covered it
I tried pulling it out but to no end
Until I heard others around me telling me to keep walking
Barefeet stepping on the white marble
I walked forward
Signs on both sides
Telling me this is my path
The innocent me full of curiosity
Kept walking forward
Without questioning anything
The people around me smiled
Making me happy as well
Although the image from before was now imprinted in my mind
As my thoughts kept going back to that
Finally a question arose
