Energy draining out of me
I kept dragging my feet
Across the white marble
Trying to catch up with people who were once besides me
My mind kept lingering back to that light
What am I doing? What is going on?
Questions filled my thoughts
Suddenly walking felt like a burden
Even breathing was suffocating
But I kept moving forward
They told me to just keep moving
And thats what I did
Round big eyes that were once filled with the galaxy
Started losing the stars in them
Smiling felt tiring
But my face was now frozen
I looked inside of me
Desperately waiting for that feeling again
My heart that was beating
Felt as if it didnt exist
They told me to just keep moving

Round big eyes that were once filled with the galaxy

Smiling felt tiring
But my face was now frozen
By now, my body gave out
I had to crawl
Looking at the ground
I suddenly saw a reflection of light
Turning my head, I saw an abandoned mirror on the corner
As if my body forgot all its exhaustion, I got up and started walking towards it
My ears become deaf to all the voices that told me to stop
Seeing that mirror was all that was in my mind
One step, two step, I now stood infront of the mirror
A girl the same age as me
Stood on the other side
Was this a glass or a mirror?
The girl moved her hand, reaching to the mirror
As I moved my hand, reaching to the girl
Seeing this unrecognisable reflection
I tilted my head to the side and asked
Who are you?
