Deeper and deeper
I sank into the ocean
More and more
I could feel the pressure rising
Dark water that engulfs me
I could feel myself drowning
Into the abyss
The whole cavity with no bottom
Just how deep is this ocean?
Opening my eyes to the endless blue
Ocean's colour reflects on the skies
Water that carries me
Makes me afloat in the middle of nowhere
Intense waves crash into me
Gasping for breathe
I regret knowing not to swim
One thing was for sure
Silence finally welcomed me
This calm tranquil space
Waves that stopped pushing
I drift on this timeless ocean
No shores can be seen
I look up at the single ray of sunlight that reaches me
This useless light makes me feel warm
Neither moving forward nor backward
I lay still like a hollow statue
My life that used to flow like the river
What is it supposed to follow, now that the water has become quiet?
Comfortable yet uncomfortable
How much longer do I levitate like this?
Daytime into Nighttime
Reaching my hand to one of the shining stars
Happy and Unhappy
I wonder if I would either fly or drown
Will I glow like one of those stars or will I fade into the seabed?
