Pitch black darkness covers my vision
Are my eyes open or closed?
Feeling like the earth's about to end
Has my time come?
Sitting up suddenly on my bed
Filled with sweat
I gasp for my breath
Clock ticking in the tranquil room
I look around to find that darkness
My heart beat fills the empty room
Trembling hands calm my anxious self
Taking deep breaths
I once again make myself go into the land of dreams
This time to end up in my bed again
Pitch black darkness covers my vision
Are my eyes open or closed?

Has my time come?
I can see myself laying down
Everyone, everything around me moved
While I was stuck in time
Trying to move my hand
Which had turned to a statue along with my body
Frustration filling my mind
I yell for help
A voiceless scream escapes my unmoving lips
Again and again
Once again, I won't stop
Thinking I am in a dream
I tell my sleeping mind to wake up
But how to wake up when I'm already awake?
Again and again

I close my eyes out of fear

Okay so I have to admit that this one is a bit inspired by me. In case you haven't realised it yet, it's the girl's thoughts when she has sleep paralysis. As someone who has had a lot of this in her life, or at least used to, luckily it doesn't happen anymore, but these do contain some of my own feelings somewhat.
