Seraphina POV: Monday 7 am Wellston roof.
Sera walked towards the roof of the school, she needed to clear her head after the insanity of these past few days. John was preoccupied with.....something and he texted her saying that Mark needed him. Speaking of Mark, Sera was suspicious of her boyfriend's roommate, something just seemed. Off...... about him.
Just then, a face she hadn't seen in a while approached the roof. Arlo
"What do you want" asked the Magenta haired girl
"Just to clear my head" responded the Blonde. "It's been a rough few weeks for me"
Seraphina just nodded
Seraphina broke the silence "Look, I know that you aren't exactly my biggest fan, but something big is going to happen to Wellston and I don't know if it'll be a good change or not. Either way, I want you to promise that you'll stand on the right side"
Arlo just looked confused and Sera went on
"I have recently found out about another notable student dying. No, you may not ask who. And if I find out you're digging into this, I'll make your life hell."
Arlo gritted his teeth and asked a question
"I have some information you'd like to know. Information involving who killed Zeke. I watched him die with my own two eyes. If you tell me who the dead student is, I'll tell you who killed Zeke."
Seraphina pondered this for a second,
she knew Arlo was a liar and manipulative but he seemed honest
"I want your word. If this gets out, I'll tell John that you made a pass on me and he'll handle the rest"
Seraphina went on
"Also, forget about ever having something more with Elaine because I'll tell her also"
Arlo looked down at the ground. Was he blushing?
"Fine" the powerful Blonde said
"Write it down on your phone and flip it on the count of three so both of us show it at the same time" responded Sera
"3"

"1"
"Mark"
"Remi"
Seraphina was shocked....... how on earth could have John's roommate. And friend? Kill a Wellston student. Even if Zeke was a piece of shit he didn't deserve to die. And Mark killed him. Seraphina felt like she was going to be sick.
Arlo looked at her
He was also having some revelations.
"How........"
"How......."
"How did she die"
He had a strained relationship with Remi, but at the end of the day he respected her and saw her as a good co-worker and even something like a friend. Regardless, he certainly felt more regret for her passing than he had for Zeke. For him, he barely knew him and what he did know wasn't very positive
"She died a hero. That's all you need to know"
Arlo smiled and nodded
"That I'm sure of"
Seraphina smiled and looked away, suddenly feeling very sad
Arlo had a vauge idea of what Sera was referring to but he let it slide, he didn't want to upset her
