I wish i knew how to mend your broken heart,
To make you all feel better.
I wish i could take your pain away,
Till there was no pain to be felt.
I wish i could do more for you,
Like you've always done for me.
I wish the world wasn't a wicked place,
That these things didn't happen.
No matter how much i wish and pray
It all stays the same.
